My Little Book of Big Thoughts. {Poetry}

Leap of faith.

           

People,

They'll fight,

They'll laugh,

They'll argue,

They'll love.

But at the end of the day,

That's enough for some people,

But for others, it's not.

And maybe it's because they're tired,

Tired of fighting,

Surviving,

Living...,

They begin to think about what comes next,

What comes after?

And sometimes they're brave enough to find out,

To take a leap of faith.

And although it may leave heartache,

I believe that they're looking down at us from a better place.

Happy and smiling,

Waiting for our arrival.
