Chapter 11

Susan showed up in her brothers black Porsche convertible. We rolled the windows down and we drew back the roof. We blasted the music on full volume and we sang along. Susan always carried a few bottles of beer in the car. This time it was slightly more she had 6 bottles of beer. Amy had 2 Susan and I had one each. When we finally reached the theatre the guys looked dashing (yes I know I have a boyfriend but they all just looked so good). Amy and Alex decided they would share a large popcorn, pizza and a soda. Susan and Rick decided they would eat small and call for fries, a Coke and a burrito. I and Jacob decided we would share a soda and popcorn. We hurried in and took our seats.

During the movie in the really cute parts, I saw Amy and Alex making out. Susan and Rick were doing the same except they were doing for the entire movie. Woah Susan and Rick were official! I was so happy for them. And then I thought about my relationship and I was really hurt. I was so happy with him and now he'd become this person I never wanted to see in my life. I was so upset, but all of a sudden he lights came on and I put on a smile. The others were hungry already and they went out to get more food. It as only me and Jacob left alone. "I love you" he whispered in my ear. What! The! Fuck! He said he loved me! omggggggg what am I supposed to answer! I'm with Ralph if he finds out about this he would make sure he would keep Jacob out of my life! "it's fine. Ik you don't! I'll wait for my entire life until you day it to me. This won't change anything between us I'll still be your best friend and I'm ready to wait however long it takes for you to say those words to me. But don't say them unless you mean them pls." I hugged him and said" thank you for understanding but I really need you to know that I do love you but not in the way you love me." it's fine I'm ready to wait.

The others came in and we all were chatting about plans for dinner. I was surprised at how these guys eat soo much. But what can I say I'm one of them. He was right there was no awkwardness everything was exactly the way it was before his confession. The lights dimmed and the movie began. In the middle, I put my head on his shoulder. In one of the extremely sad scenes, I held onto him and cried into his shirt. He hugged me and played with my hair. I felt safe. The movie ended and we all decided to take out and go to Susan's House since her brother was the most chilled person. I texted Emma the plan and she replied with an ok.

At Susan's house, we all were sitting around and playing spin the bottle truth and dare. It got really exciting Amy had to kiss Rick and Susan had to kiss Alex. It got even more exciting when it was my turn and I chose dare. They dared me to kiss Jacob. I did it ofc he took it more than a dare. We continued doing stupid dares like these. It was 1030 when I realised I had 15 mins before my curfew I aksed Jacob to drop me home as he stayed next door. During the car, the ride had the deepest but yet the best conversation about lovers and how they break each other when they leave. When we reached outside my house he leaned and gently pecked my lips. I didn't know what hit me. I said goodnight and hugged him. I walked out of the car and walked into the house.

I checked my watch before entering I still had 5 mins to my curfew. I walked into the house. There was complete silence I shut the door behind me and quietly walked up to the stairs as soon as I reached the 5th step I heard raised voices from Emma's room. She and James had an argument again. This rarely ever happens. I knocked on her door and waited for an answer. A few seconds later the door was opened. James was furious. Emma was calm. "I'm going to sleep here's my phone." "Ok goodnight" I just nodded and left. I wasn't getting sleep thus I was continuously tossing and turning. I finally fell asleep at 245ish. I was woken up with a loud series of knocks on my window.

When I saw him standing at the window I didn't even think twice before I ran and opened it.
