It was the day of the competition and I was extremely nervous. Ty, my parents, Jaya, Jalen, and Ty's parents were all going to be there. The crowd was exceedingly growing and I felt like I was going to have a nervous breakdown. First prize was five thousand dollars and that was exactly what I was aiming for. But with my bad nerves, I didn't know if I should have been aiming that high.

After the first 10 dances, they had an intermission. Anxiety rushed over me and nervous chill flew down my spine. I was dressed in a pair of of black leggings, a black croptop hoodie, and a pair of hightop black Nike Air Jordans. I thought that black was supposed to draw could heat, but I was wrong because I was feeling all types of chills.

I was going to be the last one to go on so I had a while to wait. I had changes the song that I was doing to Worth It by Fifth Harmony. I knew that I was going to kill it, but with my nerves feeling like they were, I knew there were going to be a few parts that I would mess up on.

When I heard them call my name, the crowd went wild. The music began to play and the nervous feeling that I had was long gone. I fell in love with the music and let my body express how I felt. I had the crowd standing on their feet rooting me on.

After the music finally ended, I took a bow and walked off of the stage. They gave the judges five minutes to decide on the winners then they called us back on stage. They announced the third place winner then the second place winner. I was neither of them. When they called the first place winner, the crowd went wild. I'd won the the big trophy and five thousand dollars.

Once I gathered my stuff, I met up with Ty and everyone else.

"Congratulations." they say.

"Thank you."

We all decided to go to Red Lobster to celebrate.

On the way to Red Lobster, Ty and I held hands the whole ride. When we got to the restaurant, we sat beside each other and we both sat quietly. For some reason, this had been Ty the past few days. He had been studying my every move. He must've been up to something. He had barely even said a word all day. Maybe his parents knew what was wrong, but it was a fifty-fifty chance that they didn't know what was going on.

"We have an announcement to make, which is really directed to just Tyler and Ja'Nesha." Ty's mother says. "We've decided that we're moving to New York."

Ty leaned back in his seat and rubbed his hands down his face.

"Excuse me." Ty says rising out of his and walking out of the door.

"I knew that he wouldn't be okay with this, but we're not doing this for his liking." his dad reasoned.

I rose out of my seat. "I'm going to go and check on him."

I walked outside and found Ty sitting on the curb of the sidewalk.

"Hey, Ty tell me what's up, baby." I say sitting beside him.

"Bae, they found out." he says looking out at the cars.

"Found out what? That you're in the game?" I asked.

He nodded his head yes.

"How?"

"My older brother, Tyshawn, told them. They got into an arguement and they just so happened to start talking about me."

I didn't know what to say so I just took his hand in mine and rest my head on his shoulder.

"They're moving to New York to keep track of everything that I am doing. Bad thing about it is my brother is moving up here with his wife and his son."
