It was already past two in the morning when we arrived at the pack's border. We're earlier than we've expected since our drive back here only took us three hours because the road going inside that pack, only have one way. Seriously, it was tiring drive.

When we're finally got home, we don't mind the heavy rain pouring down as Nathaniel rashly called the pack doctor for the corpses and the pup. They needed to be examined since they happened to crossed with the rogues – Achilles Blood to be exact. Those rogues have their filthy issues in their system that they might get from their foul alpha.

"Batz, did you already inform the Alpha about the rogues they've encountered?" I asked Batz who was checking the pup growling on guard toward the pack doctor.

"Now that you mention it, not yet." Batz responded worryingly.

"Go and report it since I only told him about the pup and the corpse. I'll stay here with the pup." I firmly said that made her nodded and dragged her mate with her.

Both of them didn't want to leave the pup since they both lost a parent long before they found this pack. They just know how it felt.

"Don't worry they'll just need to be checked before the funeral." I assured the pup who just nodded once before hopping into my arms and carried her with me.

We both stayed at the laboratory since the pup needed to be test as well before letting her out to join the other kids in the pack. Inside, we waited for a minute and the pup never left my side even in the inspection room. The pup began to quiver when the doctor came in to check on her. But I was amused when the doctor held a syringe that made her growled defensively while snuggling her body next to me.

It's cute.

"Oh, don't be afraid of needles...the doctor will just get a sample of your blood since you cross with the rogues earlier. I'm here too." I told her gently as I soothed her fur, it made her relaxed but guarded while she kept herself snuggled to me.

I nodded to the doctor who was just smiling to us before he took some sample from her blood.

After that, the pup suddenly perked its ears like she wasn't afraid awhile ago then she even started to wag its tail like she felt something she likes. My guess was right, my lovely mate entered the room with a kid next to her. I can tell just by looking that the girl was a turned one and she was undergoing into some process.

"You return early." Frizabelle greeted me that made me smirked as I stood up before putting the pup down.

"No, I'm leaving since you don't want me here." I teased that made her pulled me into her arms and rained me with tons of butterfly kisses.

I took glanced over the little girl standing by the door like it was waiting for something.

"So, who is this little vampire rogue next to you?" I asked as I squat down to meet eye level of the little girl.

"Oh, this is our baby from now on and she's Alicia Irie." Frizabelle introduced the little girl to me that made me smile since I know her.

I can read her like a book. I'm seriously like Mother.

"Well hello to you young lady, I'm Ceres and you can call me Mom since the girl over there is my wife." I introduced myself to the little girl who just beamed her tiny fangs as she smiled at me and hugged me with excitement in her greetings.

"And this is Allison Marx. She's ours too babe." I whispered to Frizabelle when I stood up to kiss my mate's cheek.

Frizabelle was happy from hearing it as well. She also leaned down to meet the pup's eyes who still in fear but as her nose smelled her, her tail wagged again before jumping onto her. Just seeing them like that made me smile.

"She likes you a lot." I admired the scenery while I'm holding the little hand of Alicia.

"And I love her too." Frizabelle said in loving tone that made the pup licked her face non-stop and it made us laughed like a family.

As I'm admiring the lovely scene in front of me, I felt the Luna as well the Alpha came in to talk to us also to the doctor.

"Did I just heard laughing voices?" Mother chuckled as she entered the laboratory followed by the blank face of Father; the Alpha.

"Mom, can they stay with us?" Frizabelle plead to her mother as she leaned and patted the pup's furry head.

"Then they shall." Mom said to us that made Frizabelle hugged her mother and the kids gave her as well a gratitude kisses.

Mother chuckled on how sweet the kids are but Father was still standing tall by the door and watching the kids in such curiosity as well wonder. Good thing the doctor came in with the results of the test.

"Hon, kindly take the kids with you in the lobby." Father asked mother who just agreed then escorts the two little granddaughters of her to the clinic's lobby.

It took us a lot of hours inside the laboratory as we all waited for the doctor reveals the test results between the two kids as well the corpse. When he came in with the results it was already past lunch.

"So doc, any findings over the young vampire?" Father asked seriously the doctor who nodded.

"According to the bruises from the knuckles she came from the slavery and some old wound were from other vampires who kept her as a blood bank." The doctor answered while looking at the records he gathered from Alicia.

"That's not at all, according to my findings, she just undergoing in her awakening and I'm not sure how the vampire awakening was." The doctor continued that made Father and my wife looked at me that I just sighed.

"It's complicated but I'll try to make them clear." I started that made them stared at me waiting.
