Ed Wood's P.O.V.

The screens flashed before my eyes, leaving me in wonder of what would happen next. This film is really something and that actress... wow. I couldn't believe such a woman could exist. She made everything seem so real with just a few words.

I was saddened by the sudden end to the amazement and looked back to the very man who brought it to me. Bill Hopps. He was smiling knowingly. He must be aware of how it moved me.

"Well?" He asked, expecting a reply.

"Who is this again?"

"Who's who again?" He asked with furrowed brows. Man, I've asked him this two times already. "Oh, that's (Y/N). She's the next actress that's gonna make it big."

(Y/N). What a lovely name for a lovely actress. "I have got to meet her. Do you think you could get her to me by tomorrow?"

"Oh, woah, woah, woah. Wait a minute. I showed you this for the guy that made these scenes not the girl."

"Please? I promise when this movie of mine gets enough money, I'll pay you back."

"So, you say this man's a director?" I asked in complete amusement. I hadn't been offered another role since the latest film which was a year ago for me.

"Uh, yes... but his movies are quite - what's the word?- unusual from the ones you're used to." Bill - my manager - replied.

"How so?"

"Well, I've heard he only does one take for every scene. The whole movie is unedited. For example, a prop might fall during the filming and what does Mr. Ed Wood do? He doesn't do anything about it but continue to film. If you ask me, his movies are just complete jokes."

Was this really how this Ed Wood is? In all truthfulness, I would like to just watch how he does things exactly. I don't think his films would be jokes at all. They might not be the greatest but, hey, they can't be that bad.

"I want to meet him."

I slowly walk through an alleyway to reach the door to the warehouse that was supposed to have the man I'm looking for inside. It was strange to meet a director this way but with how this one was described, I'm sure he's anything but normal - which is interesting.

As I reach the door, I look around outside. I felt uneasy being alone but I could hear some commotion inside which made me feel that I might be in the right place after all.

The door creaked open to reveal all kinds of props everywhere and people going from one place to another. So much was going on that I found myself just standing in the doorway with no idea what to do or where to go.

"Hello, miss (Y/N)." A kind man with a hint of a mustache smiled to me with an outreached hand. I returned the smile, giving his hand a shake.

"You, uh, must be Mr. Ed Wood?" He looked quite young.

"Yes, ma'am, I am. Edward D. Wood Jr. It's a pleasure to finally meet you."

"It's nice to meet you too. When I heard you were interested in my work..." My voice started to trail off as I noticed someone on the set. "Oh my god. Is that... is that Bela Lugosi?"

Ed Wood glanced over nonchalantly at the old man sitting in the chair in front of the camera.

"Why, yes it is. Would you like to meet him? I've told him all about you're incredible acting."
