CHAPTER 14

Ryan's pov:

When a lunch time came around me and Lena was sitting in our usual table and eating our lunch when Harry came and sat beside me.

We both looked at him and raised our eyebrows. Lena was the one who spoke first.

"Why are you sitting here harry? Aren't you sitting on the so called popular table?" she asked while gesturing to his friends table. Well, former friends.

"Why? Don't you guys want me to sit here?" he asked us with a hurt in his voice. He was like this since in the morning and I don't know what happened.

Lena figured something was wrong but she didn't ask anything. So we both shrugged our shoulders and go back to eat.

While we were eating we saw josh coming towards our table. He stopped behind harry and tapped him on his shoulder.

"What josh?" he asked with a bored tone.

"Why are you sitting here and not with us?" he asked kind of angry.

"Because I want to" Harry simply said and continued to eat the food.

Then josh turned to look at me and come to my side and lifted me by the collar.

"It's all because of you. First you took Lena away from us and now harry. What the hell you are doing to my friends." He growled at me and now all the students in the cafeteria are looking at us.

But what I didn't expect was what Harry did next. Like a lightning bolt he stood from the table and yanked me away from him and hid me behind him and he caught Josh by his collar like he did to me.

"Don't you dare to touch him again don't you dare. He was nothing to do with this and as I said I can sit wherever I want and I don't want to sit with the people who only friends with me because of my money and popularity. I had enough with you guys." He said and released Josh.

Josh looked dumbfounded for a moment before started to speak.

"What are you talking about harry? Is that what you think about me?" he asked.

"Please leave me alone Josh. I don't want to deal with you now" he said.

Josh glared at me and eventually left our table. Then Harry turned to me and asked me.

"Are you okay Ray? Did he hurt you somewhere?" he asked and I shook my head.

"I am fine and Josh was right. It was my entire fault. Until I came you guys are fine and because of me now you guys are fighting." I said and there is a smack on my head. I turned to look at Lena.

"What was that for?" I asked while glaring at her playfully.

"That's for being an idiot. They brought it for themselves. So, stop saying it was your fault." She said.

"Yes Ryan. It's not your fault. So never say that again. I break up with Eliza" he said and we gasped.

"But you guys are dating more than a year." I said and he looked up to me with the emotion that I can't put my finger on.

"But, I don't have feelings for her anymore. When I said I want to break up with her she said she dated me only for popularity." He said with a hurt in his voice.

Without a thought I placed my hand on his shoulder and he looked up at me. "Don't worry Harry. She doesn't deserve your love. You deserve someone better who will love you for who you really are not for your popularity or the money." I said with a small smile.

He stared at me for a long time and gave me a small smile in return. Someone cleared their throat and we both turned to look at Lena. She has a smirk on her face but I don't know why she was smiling.

Then we all sat down and started to eat. After few minutes the bell rang informing the end of the lunch. Then we all headed to our next class. We were halfway through the class when Eliza came running towards us.

"Harry wait...." She shouted.

He turned to look at her with a bored expression.

"What?" he asked

"I want to talk to you." She said.

"There is nothing to talk. I already said what I have to say." He said with a stern voice.

"No harry. You can't break up with me. I won't give up on you. I will get you back one way or another. You can't resist me that long." She said with a smug look on her face.

Harry smirk at her before saying "Oh really, what are you going to do? You do know that if I say one word you won't be here in this school anymore right?" He said and continued.

"And don't think we can be together again. I can't resist you? Oh please I can't even stand your presence anymore." He said with laughter. With that said he left and entered in the class.

After harry gone Eliza turns towards me and said. "You will pay for this" she said and entered the class. I just stand there dumbfounded.

"Don't mind her Ryan. She is always like this. Let's get to class." Lena said and we both entered the class took our seat and started to listen to the lecture.
