CHAPTER 15

Ryan's pov:

After the bell rang we packed our stuffs in our bag and headed for the parking lot. I promised harry to meet him there. After told Lena her good bye I headed for parking lot. when i reached there i saw Harry standing by his car.

"Hi, ready to go." He asked.

"Yeah.." I said with a little nervous.

We both entered in his car and headed to Sheena's school to pick her up. Once Harry parked the car I opened the door climbed out. Sheena was standing in the front gate for me. Once she saw me her face lit up.

"Ray..." she screamed. She run towards me and hugged me. I hugged her back and lifted her in my arms.

I put her in the back seat of the car and I sat on the front side.

"Hi Harry.." she greeted harry.

"Hi sheena" he greeted her back.

"Sheena we are going to Harry's house. After that we can go back to our house." I told her.

She seems surprised but nods her head happily.

After 10 minutes of drive we pulled into the drive way of his house. Scratch that it was a mansion. I know he was rich but I didn't expect this.

Harry parked his car and get out. I did the same. Before I do he opens the back door and took Sheena in her arms.

"You don't have to do that harry. Give her back I will carry her" I said but he shook his head.

"No, it's okay Ray. I'll carry her." He said.

"No, let me down. I want to walk." Sheena said and we both looked at each other and laughed.

Harry let Sheena down and she took my hand while walking. We came to the front door and harry opened the door for us.

"Mom, I am home." He shouted.

"And I brought a friend" he added.

After a few seconds a women came from the kitchen who I assume was his mom. She was really beautiful. Now I know where harry get that charm.

"Hi honey" she said and looked at us.

"Mom, this is Ryan my friend and my partner in the project and his sister Sheena. I invited him to do the project today in our house." He said.

"Hi, my name is Catherine, Nice to meet you." She said and extended her arms.

"Nice to meet you too Mrs. James" I said and shook her hand.

"Mom, can you take care of Sheena for us until we finish?" he asked.

"Of course honey. You can go to your room and I will bring some snacks for you boys." She said.

"Come on Ryan. Let's start to work." He said and we both headed upstairs.

when we reached his room it was pretty big. may be bigger than my whole house. it was neat though. not i expected it to be messy or something. we both sat on his bed and started to work.

After few minutes Mrs. James bring us some snacks. We thanked her and continued to work on our project. It was above 7:30 when Mrs. James called us for dinner.

"Come on Ryan. Let's continue after dinner." Harry said and closed our notebooks.

"No, harry. It was already late we better get going." I said.

Harry stared at me for a second before speak.

"Okay. At least stay for the dinner please." He asked with a hopeful tone.

I thought for a second and nodded slowly.

He smiled at me and stood up from the bed. He extended his arm for me to take and I took it. We both headed downstairs.

He led me to the dinner room and there was a huge dining table. Sheena was already sitting there. In the one end of the table a man I think Harry's father was sitting and reading a paper.

When we entered the room he looked up at us and smiled.

"Hello boys" he said.

"Hi dad, this is my friend Ryan." He introduced me to his father and his father looked at me and smiled.

"Hello Ryan." He said.

"Hello Mr. James. It's nice to meet you." I said.

After that we both took our seats and Harry sat beside me. Mrs. James came back with a dish in her hand placed it in the table. When I looked at the table it was filled with various foods. She took a seat beside Sheena and started to fill her plate with foods.

"Help yourself honey. Don't feel uncomfortable." Mrs. James said with a motherly tone and started to serve herself.

When I tried to pick a food Harry beat me to it. He took the food from the table and started to fill my plate.

He looked at me and smiled. After that he started to fill his plate. I turned to look at his parents and they are looking at us amused and I blushed.

After that I slowly started to eat. The food was delicious.

When I was eating Harry placed some food in my plate and I looked at him.

"Try this one. It was my favorite." He said and watched me as I ate.

I nodded and started to eat. "Delicious right?" he asked with a big smile on his face.

I nodded and he smiled even wider and he goes back to eat.

When I turned to look at his parents they are watching us with a curiosity and confusion.

After we finished the dinner Mrs. James took our plates to clean up and Harry took Sheena to the living room.

I offered Catherine that I will help her to clean and she agreed. We both washed the plates and arranged them.

"When you two became friends?" she asked. "Because, he never mentioned about you before" She said.

"We actually met in the Camping trip. We shared a room together. That's how we met. Before that we never spoke to each other." I said and she nodded.

"It's already getting late. I better go" I said.

She nodded and we both headed for the living room.

"Sheena, come on lets go" I said. She was sitting in the couch beside harry.

They both looked at me and Sheena came towards me.

"Thanks for the dinner Mrs. James. It was really good." I said.

"Thanks honey. And you are welcome here anytime." she said.

"I will go and drop them in their house" harry said and stood up.

"It's okay harry, you don't have to. It's just few minutes' walk away." I said.

"No, I can't let you walk this late. So, shut up and get in the car." He said and took his car keys and exited the room.

I turned to his parents who were looking at each other.

"Thanks for having us here Mr. and Mrs. James. We will take our leave. Have a good night." I said and they both nodded.

"Good bye honey. Bye Sheena" Harry's mom said.

I left the house and entered the car with sheena in my lap. Harry started the car and drove off.

Once we reached my house I climbed out the car and took our bags from the back seat.

"Bye... Harry. Thanks for everything" I said and headed for the door.

I opened the door and carried sheena to her room. She was already half sleep. I tucked her in bed and kissed her cheek. I closed the bedroom door and looked at the clock. It reads 8:10. I was already late for 10 minutes.

I left my house and took off towards the hotel. before i leave i told Jane i was leaving so she could watch over sheena for me.I reached after 5 minutes and made my way towards the changing room and got changed. I searched for Robert to tell him sorry for coming late but I can't find him. So I started to work.
