Chapter 4

So, the next morning you wake up and Hiro's not there. You hear something down stairs and so you walk down there. "Good Morning y/n." he says to you smiling, "Uhm good morning? What are you doing?" you ask looking confused as to why he was in the kitchen. "I just wanted to make you breakfast as a thank you for letting me stay here last night." he said as he put eggs bacon and toast onto a plate, and sat it down in front of you. "Oh, thank you. I didn't know you knew how to cook." you say to him as you start to eat the food he gave you. "Well my aunt owns a cafe and during the summer I help out there." he says sitting down at the table with his food. "Oh." you say to him with a small smile on your face. Soon you both finish your food and you have to go upstairs to get dressed. "You can get changed in my room and I'll get changed in the bath room. After your done you come into your room thinking that Hiro is already finished getting dressed. You open the door and see him standing with his back facing you as he puts his shirt on. "S-sorry I thought you were done." you say hiding your face. "It's fine. Are you ready to go?" he asks you. "Yea. Do you have your clothes and everything?" you ask him as you grab your bag. "It's all in my book bag." he says to you, soon you both head downstairs, you grab your keys and leave out of the door. As your waking to the bus stop you're thinking about if you should bring up what happen the night before.

(Time Skip)

Your in math class and you can't seem to focus on the actual class. "Y/n, y/n!" the teachers yells out. "What? Oh, sorry." you say to him snapping out of your daydream. "I just need you to pay attention." the teacher said as he turned around to face the board. "Are you ok?" Sophie asked, "Y-yea, I'm fine." you say to her. "Is it a boy?" she asked while doing a little... dance with her eyebrows. "Mmm, I don't know." you say to her before you go back to trying to focus on class. English class rolled around but it went by fast. After English class you went to lunch and of course you sit with Hiro but this time Sophie sat with you too. "Yo Hiro guess what?" Sophie says as she sits down. "What?" he says back to her. "Y/n went a little zombie on us today in math class." she says "Oh yea what did she do?" he asked why giving you a small glance. "She just zoned out a bit. I think she was thinking about a boy." she says to him and as soon as she says it you subtly look up at Hiro. "Hm, that's nice." he says with a small laugh. "You guys I think we should get to class." you say to them trying to change the subject "Y/n right. I'll see you later Sophie." he says as you all get up to walk to your next class. "So... you were thinking about a boy?" he asks as you walk "Can we please not talk about this right now?" you say a little embarrassed. "Ok..." he says playfully putting his hands up in "surrender". When you get to S.T.E.M. class you just work on you project for the upcoming week. That goes by fast and so does your History class. You meet Hiro at the bus stop as per usual, and when it stops you both go home. You text him talking abt your project but your mom comes home. "Y/n!!" she calls you and go downstairs "Yea mom?" you say to her entering the kitchen. "Why are there two plates in the sink??" she asks looking curious "Oh uhm..." you say realizing you're about to be caught "Y/n did you have someone here while I was gone?" she asks kinda knowing the answer already. "...Hiro stayed last night." you said fast because you were afraid of her reaction "He was-- I know I said he's welcome anytime but if your gonna have people stay over I need you to tell me. So why'd he stay?" she asks you "We had a S.T.E.M. project, and it had gotten late." you explain to her. "Mhm, and where did he sleep?" she asks you "Oh he slept on the couch." you said lying to her because you knew she'd FLIP if she knew he slept in bed with me. "Are you sure?" she asked expecting to get a different answer. "Yes, mom I'm sure." you said sounding more convincing. "Ok, well do you mind doing these dishes I have to take a shower and get some rest." she asks you heading to the steps. "Sure mom." you said to her while walking to the sink. Once your finished the dishes you text Hiro telling him your mom found out about him staying there but she thinks he slept on the couch. After your moms out the shower you get in and once your out you finish texting Hiro about your project. Once you've finally finished with that you head to bed.
