I woke up bright and early and got a phone call from my sister. She told me that she would come visit me and so would my other sister.
I told my mom these news and she was very excited for me. I was excited also I loved both of my sisters. My oldest sister was named Catherine and my second oldest sister was named Nina.
While I waited me and my mom decided to visit the gift shop that was located on the third floor. I grabbed a couple jolly rancher's and my mom bought a soda.
When I got back my sisters were there waiting for me and I greeted them with a smile. I asked the nurses for a board game and we played a friendly game of Uno.
The game took forever so we decided to end it. We didn't seem to make any progress.
Like before, my mom was explaining the entire situation to both of my sisters. And they would stare at me with awe.
Afterwords they surprised me with some gifts.
"We brought you something sister!" Nina said while showing me two white teddy bears and a puzzle that was 500 pieces.
I gave them both hugs and thank them for the gifts.
Suddenly, there was a knock on the door and the doctors came in. They finally told me the size of the tumor and from what they told me it didn't sound good.
They stated that the tumor was the size of a golf ball and that I would need surgery as soon as possible.
I had to admit I was scared for surgery. One little mistake and it could be the end for me. But I couldn't let this tumor control my life so I was willing to do it. I had no choice.
They told me I would be checked out today, but I would have to come back in two weeks for surgery.
Then they strolled me down into the lobby where I was checked out and I waited for my mom to pick up her truck.
My sisters were giving me comfort the entire time, but no matter how much advice they gave me I still felt anxious and afraid.
