namjoon had slept in late, resulting in him almost missing the bus and getting scolded by his mother. and he had forgotten the essay he slaved over last night, which was due that day. he groaned at his locker, dragging his hands roughly down his face.
"damnit- wait- jackson-ah!" namjoon smiled, running over to the the boy. "hey joon, what's up?" namjoon sucked in a breathe slowly, putting on his puppy face. "can i borrow your notes for first hour? pleasee!~"
jackson's expression dropped and he let out a groan, pulling out his notebook and stuffing it into namjoons chest, in which he wrapped his arms around it and giggled to jackson. "thank youuuu!"
"you owe me one.." jackson grumbled and slammed his locker shut, walking away. namjoon just smiled and walked to his class, going to his seat.
namjoon starred at the clock above the door, waiting for class to start. he hummed quietly to himself, jumping a bit as someone threw a paper ball at the back of his neck. he turned and picked it up, unraveling it. he frowned as he red the cruel words across the paper, a small sting in his chest as he heard the snickers and chuckles from behind him.
namjoon smiled proudly as the teacher handed his paper back, a red A on his paper. he set it down onto his desk, leaning over to crab his binder. a pencil rolled near his foot and he picked it up, looking at it. "uhm- that's mine, sorry."
namjoon made eye contact with the familiar buck toothed boy, and he felt his heart flutter. he hoped the other wouldn't notice the peach blush dusting across his cheeks. "o-oh.. here.." he held his hand out, and so did the other boy, making their hands brush together. his cheeks became darker, and he noticed the tinge of pink on the boys nose. he pushed his thoughts away and quickly set the pencil in his hand, looking back towards the teacher.
