TW?: Someone gets a bloody nose. It's minor, but just saying.

Johnny Boi POV

Well crap.

First day of college and I'm already in love with someone I barely know.

Story of my life.

Let me explain-

A few hours earlier...

As I step into the halls of King's College, I take a look at how big the school actually is. How am I supposed to find anything in this place?

And then I slam my face into the door of the front office.

Good start!

I try to head in again without making a fool out of myself, and succeed this time.

"Excuse me, could I please have my class schedule and room key please?"

"Name?"

"John Laurens."

"Here," the receptionist says as she hands me a piece of paper and room key with 1757 on it.

*TW? (If you skip it, nothing important happens :D)*

"And here's a tissue for that nose of yours."

I instinctively reach up to my nose and pull my hand back, there's blood on it.

"Oh, thank you," I say, taking the tissue.

I stay in the office until the bleeding stops and then I head out.

*TW? done :D*

"Thank you," I say to the desk lady.

"No problem."

I head down the complex halls toward room 1757, and as if on cue start worrying about my new roommates.

What if they all hate me because I'm gay?

What if they're really mean?

What if they're just like my dad?

These thoughts encircle my mind, drawing my attention away from everything around me. Until I run into a door for the second time today. It's room 1757. I reach up for my nose again. I'm not bleeding this time.

Someone opens the door.

I quickly stand up and introduce myself.

"Hi, I'm John Laurens! I'm your new roommate. Is it just us two in this dorm? I thought I requested four people. But I'm cool with whatever," I say trying to seem as though I didn't just run into a door like an idiot.

"Oh, h-hi m-my name is Hamilton Alexander," he pauses for a moment, "Alexander Hamilton."

It's at this moment I get a good look at his face.

My nose nearly bleeds again.

I don't pay attention to anything else he says.

I'm entranced in those gorgeous brown eyes, that long, tousled dark brown hair pulled into a messy ponytail, and his attempt at peach fuzz on his chin.

I should probably pay attention again, my gay is probably showing.

I laugh.

"Funny, it's usually me who flubs the greeting."

"Especially faced with someone this hot," I say under my breath.

"But it's a pleasure to meet you! Where am I staying?"
