Kouta Kazuki (かずき 小唄 Kazuki Kouta) is one of the main male protagonists of 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐀 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞 and is initially the only male Spirit in the series. An amnesiac spirit with power on par with that of a god, he is the second Spirit that Shido meets but the first to be saved, kissing him and sealing away his powers.

》Summary《
When Kouta first appeared, he showed up on Earth during a spacequake caused by Tohka at the time. The AST pursued Tohka, not recognizing Kouta's presence at first. Due to his sudden awakening, Kouta's powers were still awakening, but he was able to fend off Tohka and protect Shido during their first meeting. Because of his fondness for Shido and lack of knowledge of the world, he was easy to converse with. Around this time, Shido kissed Kouta, sealing away his powers and causing him to recall a fragment of his past for the first time.
