I have made a lot of mistakes
Luna knows I've made so many mistakes
And seen me shed tears for every one.
But not tonight.
No, I sit here dry eyed
Full of regrets I do not fear
While her reflected and borrowed light pours down
On a world that does not deserve it.
It baffles me how she keeps giving
To a world
who does not worship her
as it should.
