For the next few days all Crescent could think about was the the two strangers. The fire inside if her seemed to have burned down as had the glowing aura that seemed to emit from everybody she saw.

Crescent walled towards the quidditch pitch. She had seen the famous Harry potter and knew that Gryffindors were having their quidditch practice. Oliver was going to be mad when he saw her. The air was chilly signalling the end of September.

Crescent could see Wood lecturing the Gryffindor team and a small smile appeared on her face.

"Hello there." A squeaky voice that belonged to a tiny little boy with a camera around his neck. She smiled back at the boy, before turning her attention back to the pitch.  Between the clicks of the camera however, Crescent saw the Slytherin quidditch team. Crescent narrowed her eyes and the fire returned inside of her. She got up abruptly and made her way into the pitch.

"What are you doing here, Flint ?" Oliver asked. Crescent now stood near Fred and he winked at her.

"Quidditch practice," Flint replied.

"I booked the pitch for Gryffindor today."

"Easy,Wood. I've got a note,"Flint replied, handing him a note. Crescent now walked in front near Wood who shot her look of confusion.  He read the note silently.
"You've got a new seeker?" Wood asked. Crescent took the paper and read it. A boy with platinum white blonde hair stepped forward, a smirk decorating his face.

"Malfoy?" Harry potter said. "That's right," Malfoy replied, his smirk growing wider," And that's not all that's new this year." He showed off a new broom. A nimbus two thousand and one.

"That's the new nimbus two thousand and one," Ron Weasley said,"Where'd you get that?"

"A little gift from Draco's father," Flint replied.
"You see, Weasley, unlike some people, my father can afford the best," Malfoy added. "What everybody has, is the best their parents  can give them," Crescent said.
"At least no one in the Gryffindor team had to but their way in. They got in based on pure talent," a bushy haired girl that stood besides Ron said. Crescent recognised her from the train and smiled," Good one. The Slytherin's obviously don't care about talent.Just money. So if you suck at quidditch and you're rich, just buy them expensive brooms and you're on the team," Crescent added. Malfoy went to say something to her but decided to think better of it as Crescent had pulled out her wand. He instead turned towards the bushy haired girl. He walked up to her and she stared straight back at him.

"No one asked for your opinion,  you filthy little mud blood."

The rage inside her boiled, but before Crescent could react, Ron had cast a spell and seeing how badly damaged his wand was it backfired at him. Crescent raised her wand now, as the team except for Oliver went to see how Ron was.

She casted the bat boogey hex before turning around and walking away. "Bloom!" Oliver called.  She stopped as came to step besides her. "That was great!"
A smile was etched on his face as he thanked her. "They got the pitch though," Crescent commented, watching the Slytherin's slowly appear in the sky.

Oliver shrugged. "I thought the Ravenclaw's believed men were smarter. I thought they didn't want women on the team," he commented.  "That's not true, Wood. All Ravenclaw guys believe that woman are equally smart, are equally athletic. Everybody's equal," Crescent replied, shaking her head. The two walked in silence and unintentionally they walked toward the Ravenclaw common room. She turned to face him and met his warm brown eyes.

"You got to go,"Crescent said after a while. "yeah, I should," He replied. he turned to make his way back before turning once more.

"You're not as stuck up as I thought!'

September went as the cold chilly weather of October arrived.

Crescent collapsed into on of the chairs after quidditch practice. She had no time to think about the two strangers. Her mind was too occupied with quidditch and homework. Jessica along with Emma, another fifth year were sitting and doing their potions homework. Emma sent her a sympathetic look before returning to her work. "You brought it  on yourself,"Jessica told her. She glared at her friend before heading up to her dorm. A quick shower and Crescent felt much better. They made their way into the Great Hall and the smell of food make Crescents stomach give a loud rumble. She sat down and began piling food onto her plate. "Hey,"Miles greeted the two, before sitting down infront of them, "Cres, leave some food for us." "You snooze , you looze,"Crescent replied, shrugging. She looked over towards the Gryffindor table and her eyes landed on Wood. He was stuffing his face, while arguing with Lee Jordan. He looked up and caught her eye, sending her a look, to which Crescent rolled her eyes. she tuned back into the conversation that was taking place. "he's so full of himself,"Miles said. "Who,"Crescent asked. "Professor Lockhart"

"Miles is right. His ego is way to big. It's really a wonder his head fits through his shirt,"She added. The two laughed at this. Crescent looked out of the window and she saw two figures, they were arguing. She could  see them clearly and she had to admit they were extremely beautiful. Absolutely stunning. The woman kept glancing and motioning towards her and Crescent was confused as to why. She turned her head slightly, breaking eye contact with the woman and when she turned back, she was gone. She sighed before finishing her meal. The three of them got up to leave.

The three of them walked out until they saw a group of students gathering around the notice board. They went to investigate and Crescent found that a flyer had been stuck up. Professer Quirell was holing a dueling demonstration. "i wonder what that will be like?" Crescent said. Miles shrugged, before walking away with some boys from Ravencalw. "Come on,"Jessica said, tugging at her elbow. "Go ahead. I'l come later,"Crescent replied. Dueling intrigued her. "Jessica!Crescent!' Yellow shouted. the two girls turned to see Yellow a bright smile on her face. She walked towards them, her blonde hair tucked behind her ears. "What's going on," she questioned. "Some lame dueling club," Jessica replied, sounding bored. Crescent shot her look  and saw that Jessica had a bored look on her face. Jessica didn't notice, instead she took a look at the flyer. "It doesn't seem so lame."

Jessica rolled her eyes and folded her arms.. "I'm going.Bye." Saying this she walked away and Crescent frowned. Something was up with Jessica, she'd have too see what it was later. "When is it?"Yellow asked. "Two weeks from now,"Crecsent said. "Great! We can go together,"Yellow said brightly. Her eyes now went wide and her cheeks turned a bright shade of pink.

She turned to find Oliver Wood walking towards them and Crescent smiled,"I'll introduce you two,"Crescent whispered to Yellow. Oliver stood and examined the notice. He glanced their way and when he did he didn't look away. He stared at the two of them and Crescent arched her brow. Yellow and him seemed to be having a stare off. Crescent smiled to guess. "I guess introductions aren't necessary,"she spoke up and they turned to look at her, both with pink tinted cheeks.

"I'm Yellow," Yellow said. and Oliver smiled.

"I'm Oliver and I think you are extremely pretty."
