It's only been two days since my first encounter with the Nerds Club, and I can already feel myself get better. I actually had a half-decent sleep on the first night, and that was only because Kirishima and I had the brilliant idea of going to Starbucks after school yesterday, resulting in three coffees and me being behind on homework. That means I'll have to do it today at club meeting. Fan-fucking-tastic.
Second period, as I walked into English, I noticed a familiar duel-haired boy in the back. "Oi," I said walking over. He looked up once I stood in front of his desk. "Since when are you in my class, Harley?" He ignored my nickname and answered my question. "I've been in this class since start of term. I just tend to be a wallflower in class."
"Then why the hell didn't you say anything, asshole?" He shrugged and looked back down at the thing he was drawing. I peered around the top of his head to look. It was actually really good. A self-portrait of some sort with him controlling both fire and ice.

"What? Is something off?" He asked anxiously, something I found strange. Looks like the only time he shows emotion is when it comes to his art. "Nothings off. Just keep drawing, Icyhot." I sat in the desk next to his, completely ignoring the seating plan. The teachers a pushover anyway. The corners of his lips twitched after the nickname and he continued to work on the fire part of the picture.
I watched as the drawing came to life with every line drawn. It was weird because it was calming, in a way, and I could tell he felt the same. He continued to draw well into the class and I continued to watch him.
We only snapped out of it when we heard the teacher's voice. "Tonight's homework, research..." Todoroki and I immediately wrote down the task and anything else she said.
As the bell rang to signal the end of class, we both unconsciously walked out together to club meet-up.
