Can I get a knife to cut the tension, please? Because it is running high in this room. I had originally planned to declare my decision to them after Todoroki routinely helped Midoriya with his history homework. However, said artist is now sitting on the opposite side of the room from him, watching as Midoriya suffered in silence.
After about ten minutes, I had finished my homework, Todoroki was drawing and Midoriya was still on his history assignment. The green-haired boy groaned and rolled his eyes. "Good god, Todoroki. Are you honestly taking your frustration out on me? God you're so petty. This is why he isn't dating you yet."
Todoroki scoffed. "Like you can talk. Last I checked you two still aren't an item either. Or am I being left out of something?" Midoriya blushed and stood up. "Well, maybe if you showed some sensitivity once and a while..."
"Sensitivity? Ha! That's rich for someone who's too thick to notice what I've been going through since middle school and even earlier than that."
"Well, how the fuck would I know if you never told me?!"
Hearing Midoriya curse snapped me out of it. I rose as well and stood between them. "Enough! I've fucking had it with you two fucking arguing like dance moms. I've made my decision..."
They immediately came closer to me. I took a deep breath. "I'm going to date both of you." They looked confused as fuck so I decided to elaborate on that. "It's called a polyamorous relationship. I knew either way, one of you would be hurt and I would feel guilty because I like both of you the same, so I figured, 'fuck it. It can't be that hard, right?'"
I looked over at the two, now sitting in separate chairs. They were thinking about it. Then, after about forever, Todoroki stood. "I'm willing if it means I get to be with Katsuki. What about you, Midoriya?" He nodded and stood next to Todoroki. "I'm okay if it makes Kacchan happy. I can learn to love you, Todoroki."
Todoroki nodded. "Me too." They looked at me, which basically threw all my confidence out the window and onto the fucking pavement. "Yeah, whatever. Me too." I looked away in a futile attempt to hide my red face. Midoriya beamed while a smile tugged at Todoroki's lips.
"First of all," I started. "If we're going to date, there has to be no secrets and no lies. So, Todoroki, you have to tell Midoriya what happened to you when you're ready. Midoriya, you need to tell Todoroki about your group and god dammit, he needs to hear your voice." Todoroki looked panicked but nodded while Midoriya blushed. "Well, I guess I'll get it over with..." Todoroki sighed.
After telling his story a second time, tears were clinging to his eyelashes, Midoriya was clinging onto him while screaming random abuse about his father and I was sat next to him on a desk, not knowing what the fuck to do. I mean, we just started dating, what are the boundaries? Will he get pissed if I touch him? Midoriya's huging him so I guess it's okay...
I lightly touched his hand to test the waters. In response, he moved it closer to mine, lacing our fingers together. "Oh, Katsuki. I have your adress, shouldn't you give it to Midoriya too?"
"Oh shit, yeah. Midoriya-"
"Izuku."
I blinked. "What?" He sighed. "We're dating. There's no reason to be so formal. Call us by our first names." I nodded. "Izuku. Gimme your schedual."
After he handed the worn, note littered paper to me, I scribbled my address and drew an outline around it. "Here's my address. To- Shoto already has it so he could get away from his dad once and a while." Izuku nodded and stuffed the paper back into his bag. "I'll figure out a song to sing you guys tonight. What about you, Kacchan?"
"Huh?" I asked, confused as shit. He sighed. "We told stuff. What about you? You said no secrets."
"He can cook."
We both looked at Shoto. He looked between us. "I'm in his Home Ec. He's top of the class and he can cook litterally anything you could ask for."
"Uwaaa! Kacchan, that's amazing! You have to bring some stuff in for us!" Suddenly, a light bulb went off in my brain. Idiot, why didn't you think of it before?
"Why don't you two just come over?"
