Musical's are the worst way to remember (2) mistakes

A/n Hi! Continuation of the last part. This is the one where everyone remembers. Oneshots with this title are just random misadventures. Feel free to request anything!

Anthony's pov.

We have Lin rest in his office, making sure he's calming down and not working. Dani however plays with her fingers, right where she hurt them when she touched LIn. My own hand burns a bit but I try to ignore it. "You ok Dani?"

"I'm fine...ndugu." She says.

"What does that mean?" I ask, sitting next to her.

"Oh! It's Swahili. Its more symbolic than anything Ramos, pay no attention." She huffs.

"Ramos? Really Drewy?" I joke. "But what does Ndugo? Nduge?"

"Ndugu. Repeat after me Anthony. Nd."

"Nd?"

"Ugu."

"Ugo?"

"Ugu."

"Ndugu?" I attempt. She finger guns.

"Good as your gonna get Anthony." She smiles and holds my hand. "Its more symbolic than anything....it means brother."

"Brother?" I smile. "What's sister?"

She gives a confused expression. "Uh, Dada. Why?"

"I don't like that. What's sister in any other languages you know."

"Your gonna have to be more specific Anthony."

"Fine! I'm gonna start calling you...what's angel?" I ask. I don't know why angel. But it suits her.

"Malakia."

"Malakia?" She nods. "Well then I hear by dub thee Malakia. Do any of the others have nicknames?" I ask.

"Yeah. Swahili is my second language. Its fun for them to wonder what I try to say. Jonathon swears I've been insulting him. Honestly, don't tell him, I've been calling him rainbow." She smirks. "Though sme of them...I don't know. Just suits them... Lin is Muumba...means creator....for awhile I called him baba...but I feel thats to obvious and weird. Pippa is mpenzi...means love...in more of a familiar type way. Daveed and Oak are shujaa and Askari respectively...means warrior. Jasmine is Wazimu...means crazy. Angelica is kuridhika...I'd rather not go into what that means... Jonathon's is upinde wa mvua...which is long...but it means rainbow...Chris is jumla...general. And The others don't currently have nicknames..."

"Wait what was Renée's?"

"Mpenzi. Means Satisfied. It's actually is based around how I met Renée when I was walking past her practice room and she was singing Satisfied. I recognised the song but for some reason I forgot what Satisfied was in English." I laugh. "I know that sounds clingy but it happens a lot when you know more than one language Anthony! Anyways I liked the tune and began singing it till I got to the bit where she sings Satisfied. Now I didn't know but Renée had stopped singing. And I got to satisfied and I kinda stopped and repeated Kuridhika to myself till Renée opened the door and said Satisfied. I was so embarrassed!" I laugh harder and she does to.

"Oh hey! You two are here!" Daveed says. I assume he just arrived. "The costumes just arrived and we need help unloading them!"

"Coming Dav." I yell. Dani smiles and gingerly touches her fingers. They don't look burnt but they are paler. I look at my hand and see my skin around my palm and fingertips is white, showing more of my freckles. I rub over it and the skin begins turning back to tan. I grab Dani's arm and begin running down to the loading bay.
