A/n. I was bored and made the characters in the sims and decided to write about what happened but with twists. Ok! 

The 10 rules of (my) Reincarnation! Au's.

1.  Reincarnations aren't common and many people don't believe in them. 

2. Being a reincarnation doesn't affect the person in a big way. They have their past life's memories, personality traits here and there and possibly looks.

3. Memories can only be triggered by seeing something from a past life or running into someone significant from the past life.

4. Your essentially a person with two souls that occasionally cross over.

5. You can be anyone. 

6. Even after you find out it can not affect you to much.

7. You retain your knowledge from your past life even before you know who you were.

8. You can, with someone who's done it before, essentially let the second soul/your past life take over your body for a short period of time.

9. You are not the same person as you were.

10. You can possibly have marks and scars from your past life littered on you.

Alec Handelle started up at his new apartment complex. For a poor island after a hurricane how they'd managed to get him this was beyond him. It was a four storey, relatively new building with three actual apartments. There was actually five of them, all identical. Two girls had directed him to it from the university. One called herself Angela the other Libby. "Hey! You must be one of the new tenants!" A person with a dyed blue undercut yells from an open window on the second floor in the middle apartment from the one Alec is in front of. 

"Uhhh....yeah!" He yells back. 

"Cool! Give me a minute!" They yell back before slamming the window shut. In about thirty seconds they're outside holding two sets of keys. "Hi! Nice to meet you! The names Jay, but you can call me J-Pegg. Oh and they/them pronouns today please. I'm gender fluid so whatever I feel which day I'll let you know." They smile and offer their hand. 

"Alec Handelle. Call me Alec please. And him/he pronouns I guess? Are you a student at the uni?" He asks. 

They nod. "Yep! Robotic Engineering major and doing a course on History. What about you? Oh and I guess I should lead you to your apartment. Btw you have four roommates. Not sharing any rooms of course but sharing the apartment I guess. Your actually the first to arrive aside from my cousin and sister." They rant.
