Stuff
- Go to bed early (I'm not saying to go at 7pm, but for god sakes don't go at 3am)
- If you can't fall asleep listen to sounds (fireplace, rain, nature, piano, etc) but never to music or you'll start singing
- Only take naps in dark times (if you do it just because you're lazy you won't be able to fall asleep at decent hours and will wake up grumpy the next morning)
- Have a music playlist for every mood so you don't lose time choosing your songs
- Save as much money as possible
- Don't start just eating junk in exam season
- You are still trying to lose weight, don't forget that
- Just eat your breakfast for fucks sake
- If you don't have time to drink your coffee take it to go or you'll regret it
- Keep a HEALTHY snack on your bag
- Make your bed every morning to trick your brain to think you have your shit together
- Youtube.com/lean back to have the Netflix layout
- Download something on Netflix to watch whenever, wherever
- Never forget your headphones
- Don't lose yourself
- Find a passion
-Have a GYST (get your shit together) day every week. Even though you have to try to keep your things organized and clean that won't always happen. In these days also treat yourself
-Have a chill time to do anything you want, life is not just about school
- In a stressful day take a long shower/bath
-PE is going to be hard. I can't say much about it because even after all these years I still can't manage to make it easier. Just hang in there
