Anxiety/depression:
                              - you are not gonna die for fucks sake
                              - Learn to mistrust the devil on your shoulder
                              - Pep-talk yourself through a hard situation
                              - Stop exaggerating about EVERYTHING. Remember, there is a life out/after high school
                              - Take things lighthearted
                              - Set your boundaries
                              - Don't tie your emotions to food
                              - Watch out for your triggers
                              - Practice positive thinking
                              - Accept that you can't control everything
                              - Keep an anxiety diary
                              - Calm down, it will end
                              - Feel your feelings when they come
                              - The more you avoid your feelings, the more power they have over you
                              - If the noise is making you feel anxious listen to "white noise" on youtube (with headphones)
                              - You're not going to have depression for the rest of your life (I hope) but you'll always have anxiety so just accept it and move on
                              - (I know it's weird) try to rehearse social interactions in the mirror BUT don't get disappointed if it doesn't go as well as it did before
                              - You are not trapped, you can always leave BUT you are not going to
                              - Stop being scared of being scared (that's exactly what is happening right now or else I wouldn't be writing all of this crap)
                              - Do not _________, I don't fucking care about your reasons, the more you do it the more difficult it is to stop
                              - If you're always on your own mind at least be productive about it
                              - Remember, you are not the only one feeling like this. You're not saying anything about what you're going through and a lot of people are doing the same
                              - You are going to have bad days, but please wait for the better ones
                              - Try to keep a positive attitude
