Hygiene/beauty:
- Keep an emergency bag:
- Pads/tampons (yes you haven't had your period in like 6 months BUT you never know what can happen and you may save the life of another girl)
- Meds
- Band-Aids
- Chapstick
- Comb
- Hair ties/ bobby pins
- Deodorant
- Eyeliner/mascara
- Mints/gum
- Tissues
- Dry shampoo
- Hand sanitizer
- Use hand sanitizer if you don't have deodorant
- Don't wear your hair up if you're feeling lazy, you know you're still self-conscious about not having it covering your face and neck so you'll be stressing about all day (don't even try to lie and say no)
- Don't wear a certain type of clothes just because everyone does or you want to make friends, you don't want to have friends that just hang with you because of that
- Don't wear anything you don't want to, it won't make you feel good
- Wear comfortable clothes
- Always wear your lucky charm and your rings (it will make you feel better)
- Have an emergency outfit (panties and all)
- Hairspray to clean ink from clothes
- Lemon juice to erase highlighter tint
