I smiled when I felt arms wrap around my waist, he hummed kissing my neck. I turned the lock on the front door before turning to him, his arms tightened around my waist and lifted me up so we were nose to nose, I laughed wrapping my arms around his neck and kissed him.
''Get a room.'' Mia said going up the stairs chuckling, I pulled out Dylan threw socks at her she laughing taking two steps at a time.
''So how did it go?'' He asked following me into the living room.
''Well he's not gay.'' I said putting Lennon's pacifier in then went into the kitchen, his eyebrows were raised I hummed sitting on the high stool and gave him the story, he was leaning against the counter arms crossed over his chest frowning.
''Yeah it's not a nice feeling the girl you love leaving you that I can agree.'' I frowned he smiled coming over wrapping his arms around me.
''But I got you in the end, I'm getting married to you and I've got 3 great kids with you, he'll figure it out, Maybe he'll fall in love with his childhood best friend.'' He shrugged, I hummed looking at his chest then down his arm, on the side of his forearm he had the kid's names and a big design around it.
''Kenzie, Jason is here.'' Mia said coming in her eyes wide.
''Hey he's not here to start trouble he just wants to talk.'' Dylan said she looked at me I nodded and Looked at Dylan, he kissed my head and messed her hair up as he walked out.
''I was over with him and we talked I forgave him that doesn't mean you have to ok, he just wants to talk to you.''
''Alone.'' I shook my head she nodded sitting on the stool.
''How's the Caitlin girl.'' I heard Dylan asked.
''In bits, she was real close with her pop before moving to Boston last year, I told her I'll be over to her tomorrow.' They came closer; I sat beside Mia leaning my head on the counter picking at the grapes on the counter.
''Hey.'' He said I looked up and smiled looking back to the plate.
''You go keep an eye on your brothers princess.'' Amy nodded leaving the room Dylan sat on the counter.
''How've you been Mia?'' he asked she cleared her throat.
''It's been good yeah, I like hanging out with Kenzie and kids.'' Dylan scoffed she smiled.
''Dylan's my favorite.'' He winked at her I threw a grape at him rolling my eyes at him; he caught it and ate it winking at me.
''That's good, so are you not going back to mom and dads?'' she shrugged looking at me.
''She knows she can stay her for how long she likes.'' He nodded and looked at me and Dylan.
''Can I talk to her alone, it's harder with you took staring?'' Mia nodded at me and we left the room. I leaned against the kitchen door.
''I know you hate me Mia and to be honest I hate myself for hitting you and being so mad at you.''
''Why were you mad at me, I didn't do anything wrong.'' She asked my eyes welled up, Dylan chuckled kissing my shoulder his hand slipping into the back pocket of my jeans.
''I've had a lot going on in my head I was just so angry at everyone and you were there and I lashed out on you, and for everyday for the rest of my life I'm going to regret causing you so much pain and thinking I hate you, because I don't hate you I love you, you're my baby sister, one of the most important girls in my life.'' I heard her sniffle I wiped under my eyes.
''You're so emotional lately.'' Dylan said I sniffled and hummed.
''I'll make it up to you anything you want I'll get, just please don't hate me, I can't live without you in my life Mia, I just can't.'' his voice broke I moved away from the door, Dylan stopped me pulling me back to him both hands slipping into my pocket I leaned my head on his chest.
''I don't hate you Jason, but it's going to take me time to trust you again.''
''I can live with that, just please know I'm so sorry and I'll never ever raise my hand to you for as long as I live.''
''I know and I forgive you.'' I heard footsteps cross the kitchen and her crying.
''I love you so much Mia, you've no idea how much you mean to me.'' He said.
''I love you to Jase.''
''Are you sure you're not pregnant again you've been crying a lot lately.'' He said with a chuckle I looked up at him eyes widen his widen in horror his jaw dropped I smirked then chuckled wiping my eyes.
''Need to have sex to get pregnant.'' He frowned I kissed him and walked into the kitchen they were still hugging I smiled my hand on my chest.
''Want to get in on this.'' Jason asked I smiled and walked over and hugged them, he was taller than both of us his head leaning on mine.
''So I need to see my niece and my nephews it's been a long time they'll forget what I look like.'' I chuckled.
''Nah they still know you, they're in the front room.'' He kissed my cheek and walked towards the living room.
''You ok'' I asked wiping her cheeks she nodded hugging me, I smiled kissing her head.
''I think I want to go home.''
''Why.'' I asked frowning she smiled.
''I miss mom dad, and Ethan.'' I smiled and nodded.
''I'm going to miss having you around the house but I'm happy that you want to go back home, they miss you a lot.'' she smiled.
''You want to go tonight.'' She nodded I nodded slowly and sighed kissing her head.
''Go pack up then little miss and we'll surprise them.'' She nodded rushing out of the room.
''I like having a big sister around.'' Amy said sadly I smiled bending down as she walked into my arms.
''I know you did baby but you're still going to see her, and now when you stay in grandma's and grandpa for the weekend she'll be there as well.'' She nodded I kissed her head.
''I want a sister someday.'' I laughed.
''Go tell your dad that.'' She got down running into the living room I laughed and followed her.
''Daddy.'' He hummed.
''Can I have a sister?'' He looked away from Jason to her his eyes widen in horror.
''A sister?''
''Mia is gone home I need a girl to play with, I want a sister.'' He looked at me I raised my eyebrows.
''Well see honey, if we got you a sister she would be small like your brothers and you wouldn't be able to play with her.''
''I play with them I could play with her.'' Jason chuckled under his breath and tickled a laughing Parker.
''Please?''' her lip quivered he was falling for the look and looked to me for help.
''Your brothers are 5 months old honey, it'd be so hard having them two then a new born baby.'' She left the room.
''Damn it Kenzie.'' He grumbled.
''What I didn't know what to say either.'' He shook his head.
''Why don't you guys like give it a year then try again they'll be nearly 3, mom had us 3 then 13 months later Jasper was born, they managed 6 kids all under the age of 7.'' Jason said blowing raspberries into Lennon's' side making him laugh loudly.
''Look how close we all were growing up Kenzie, that's because of our ages we were all born close to each other.'' I hummed and smiled at Parker who was smiling up at me, I picked him up and kissed his chubby cheek then Mia came in packed.
''What you're leaving us?'' Dylan asked frowning she nodded.
''Fraid so.'' I laughed.
''I'll drop you by mom's, you need a lift?'' I asked my brother.
''I was going to head to mom's after here.'' I nodded putting Parker in his play Pen.
When I got the house I rang the buzzer and someone let us in, we just got to the door and it opened, my mom opened the door seeing the three of us and saw Mia's bags
''My baby.'' She cried crushing her in a hug. I chuckled walking in and my dad office door opened I smiled getting Ethan in the head lock.
''I saw you and a girl last night leaving the mall.'' He looked at me I laughed.
''She's cute.'' I flicked his nose.
''Both time you came home I missed you.'' My dad said hugging Mia she smiled into his chest then he looked at Jason then me and Mia.
''We put it in the past moved on.'' I said.
''Did he apologise?'' We nodded.
''And we forgave him.'' Mia said Jason slipped his hands into his pocket looking around the living room.
''So what's going on with you?'' My dad asked eyebrows raised, Jason looked at me then around to the others.
''Dad you up for a chat.'' I asked he looked at me and frowned.
''Yeah baby sure thing everything ok with the kids and Hollywood?'' I nodded .
''Yeah they're fine but this needs to be behind closed doors, mom.'' I said walking to the office they came in.
''He had a hard enough time telling me, but I got true to him.'' I said and sat down in front of my dad's desk.
''What's going on?'' I let out a deep breath and laid it all out on the table, my mom covered her mouth, shocked she didn't notice he was in love and my dad well he was hard to read at times.
''Don't be in on his business alright, he's trying to figure out his life just let him live it he made many mistakes he regrets, getting his feet on the ground is his job.'' My dad nodded my mom on the other hand left the room calling out his name my dad rolled his eyes as I did.
''So how's everything at home?'' I smiled.
''All is good, Amy asked Dylan today if she can have a sister, he nearly had a heart attack.'' he laughed.
''Jesus I remember you asked us that every day for months, you hated just having a brother and no sister, Izzy wasn't good enough.'' I laughed.
''She'll get over it, just have another when you are ready, the boys are 5 months old you're 24 you've got plenty of time for another.''
After sitting talking to my parents for an hour I headed home exhausted, the house was quite when I got in, so I knew the kids where in bed, I hung my coat up took my boots off and went into the living room seeing him lying on the sofa, I crawled along him lying on him nuzzling my head in his neck, he hummed wrapping his arms around me.
''How'd it go?'' he asked I hummed.
''It was good, my dad took Jason into the office and spoke for about an hour, I talked with my mom and Mia, it's not perfect right now but it's on the road to something.'' He kissed the top of my head.
''So about what Amy said?'' I mumbled leaning my head on my chin on his chest; he looked at me then played with a strand of my hair.
''She'll go out of the vase after she gets used of not having Mia around.'' he hummed.
''If we got pregnant again the boys would be one.'' he said and I sat up.
''I'm not ready for another baby not for a long while.'' He nodded then frowned.
''What happened before Kenzie, I swear on the life of the 3 sleeping upstairs I'd never do that again baby I promise.'' I studied him for a minute then nodded.
''It's just too early, the boys are 5 months in 9 months they be just gone 1 it's too early.'' He nodded.
''That's ok then baby I'm not rushing you, when you want another I'm on board, if not then it's cool.'' I nodded kissing him then got up.
''Want a beer?'' He nodded. I grabbed 2 bottles of beer poured myself a glass of wine and he put on the Hobbit box series and I made a large bowl of popcorn.
