Note: That all the equipment you will have will be of the time period with RWBY. So your appearance will look slightly more modern (and by modern I mean steampunk-ish).
Your mask and hat and upper torso (btw your whole head is covered)
The one below is the jacket, picture the shoulder half going down further past your waist.
Now for your weapons
Note: You won't use these weapons much. You do not have a semblance or an aura.
The main reason why is due to your city's isolation from the rest of the world.
So your powers will be granted through the plague. Just picture the plague as one big mix of the top 8 most deadly plagues (yeah.pretty potent stuff). You are immortal and you will have the ability to control it. You can kill anyone you look at. You are able to either kill them quickly or slow the effects and cause them to have an extremely painful death.
But the negative side effect is. That your skin is rotten, you have extremely painful blisters and your internal organs are being eaten alive. Through this, you have a broken and alien voice (like scp-049). You have an extremely disfigured face. If anyone and I mean anyone (including Salem) sees it. They will rot and wither away. The only time anyone can see your face is when you are in Stockholm.
You are in constant pain and you can feel every fiber of it.
Your personality is very gentleman like. You respect everyone. You hate those of evil intent and you can be provoked easily. When provoked you can lash out, putting those around you at severe risk of being infected or dissected and used for studying the human body's reaction internally to the pestilence.
A/n: Hello ladies and gents. As you can tell. I am trying something new. Let me know what you think of it and ill be sure to continue it. Be safe and have a good one.
