"No, No, No!" Was all Marigold could think while she flipped three the dresses at the store.

"I swear to god Kol, they have no good stores in this town!" She ranted into the phone.

"I thank the mate bond for making sure that you still keep in contact with me during your days in Mystic Falls," Kol laughed into the phone.

"Oh shut up," Marigold snapped, "I don't even know why I came here."

"Maybe I could come over and we could just take a vacation together?" Kol suggested.

"No-"

"You're a little late, sorry." A voice rang out from behind her.

Standing there was Kol Mikaelson, carrying two bags with a smile on his face.

"Oh wow," Marigold laughed, "The STD gang isn't going to be happy you're here."

...

"The STD gang?"

"Yeah! Stands for Save The Doppelganger."

...

"Okay."

"Yeah, that wasn't my best moment," Marigold said awkwardly.

"Here's the hotel!" Kol announced, stepping into the room.

There was only one bed so Marigold smirked and said, "Already trying to get me into bed Kol?"

"Of course Mari, always."

...

"Ew."

"I'm not that bad!"

"Mhm, whatever helps you sleep at night."

Marigold's ringtone rung through the room, "Ugh, it's Nik again."

"I'll get it," Kol answered the call, "Mari's phone, how can I help you?"

"Put Marigold on the phone Kol," Klaus growled.

"Ah, no can do brother."

"And why is that?"

"Quite frankly, I like her this way - even though I like her the other way too."

"Kol-"

"Bye!" Kol sang and clicked off of the call.

Marigold laughed, "Oh, you really are my favourite original!"

"I always knew that."

Marigold laughed, once again, "What are you thinking we should do?"

"We could-"

"Shopping!" Marigold suddenly jumped up, before leaving the room.

...

"Marigold!" Kol yelled, rushing after the girl.

I gotta apologize for the short chapter.

I'm having writers' block with this story so I just wanted to get something out just in case I take a while to write.

Hope you enjoyed anyway!
