"How is it that you two always end up doing my job for me?" Chuck Joked lightheartedly at the Winchesters. He turned to Max, walking up to her slowly and placing a hand on her cheek. Max gulped, clenching her jaw and balling her fists up. "Don't be afraid Max," He said simply, stepping back again to look at the captives. "Why are you four here?" He wondered out loud, he had never heard a word that anyone had broken a law of heaven and it was highly unusual for humans to be locked into heavens jail. "Your angel minions kidnapped us looking for superjuice over there," Dean spoke tilting his head to Max, clearly frustrated with the situation. Maxes head fell, she knew the angels were looking for her, it was her fault they were here. Chuck's head dropped too, shaking, "I told them to leave the poor girl alone," he growled, "It was obvious you didn't want to be found," He said looking at Max.

Castiel cleared his throat, "Father?" He spoke quietly, "that was my fault, she didn't know to hide. I hid her," He looked anywhere but at Chuck, lowering his head and slouching his shoulders slightly. Everyone braced themselves, ready to feel God's wrath. Prepared for thunder and anger, but none came. Instead, Chuck smiled slightly at Castiel, a small hint of pride in his features, "none the matter now," he said, then looked at Max once more, "I believe I have a few things to teach you." Max wavered, even looking at Sam once, who gave a reassuring nod. Truthfully, Sam didn't know any better than Max did, but figured it was best for her to at least figure out what she was. Max nodded in return, making much-hated eye contact with Chuck as she spoke, "I want one of these guys with me and I want everyone set free," She stated. Chuck nodded, "I think that's fair, I can't have them running amuck in heaven but I'm sure they have people they would still like to speak with. Who do you want to take?"

Max looked at the tattered angel in the corner of his shared cell with Dean. Castiel had been her 'Imaginary' friend since she was born, taking care of her when no one else would and helping her in ways her own parents refused to do. " Cas," She said. Chuck nodded, "And where are the others going?" Max looked at each of them. She could tell them what they wanted, she knew that Jack wanted to see his mom, Clair wanted to see her parents, and Sam wanted to see Charlie as well as dean, who did want to see her, but wanted to know if his father was here. She wanted it to be their choice though, "I think that's their decision to make," she said.

With the snap of his fingers, Chuck had made them all disappear, each going to their respective heavens and Cas next to Max in the woods with Chuck. "Where is this?" Max whispered to Cas who looked around, "I believe it is the garden of Eden, it's where my siblings and I were born." "And where you were, Max," Chuck cut in. He looked around smiling, "Do you know what you are?" Max walked towards a small patch of white flours, crouching beside them and cradling a bud with her palm. To her surprise, the bud bloomed on the spot, creating a dull pink flower.

Chuck smiled, "You know in a way, that flower is your sibling, Max." She looked up, "What is that supposed to mean?" Chuck looked at Castiel who was staring at his shoes. "I suppose he hasn't told you," he said, searching for Castiel's eyes, finally he found them and Cas looked up at Max. "I wouldn't say you're mine. However, anytime any biblical being is created, it leaves a footprint. When I was born, the mahogany tree, the use of vessels to walk amongst God's children, the Winchesters," Cas smiled a bit turning a little pink which caused Chuck to crack a smile, he knew Cas' siblings made fun of him for his gifts, "the alyssum flower, the color pink and um," he sied, "Since I guard the seventh heaven, I created you. The one that would eventually reside there. Of course, I won't be protecting it under your rule."

Max nodded, looking at the flower once more before turning around completely. Looking at Chuck, " What happens ... if... I take your place." Chuck smiled solemnly, his eyes faltering, "The fourth purge of heaven, and the last era of this universe. When Castiel was two billion, you finally appeared in the garden of Eden, the last of Castles gifts. The moment you were created, Lucifer hated you. He didn't want me dead, he didn't want his siblings dead, and so rebelled against heaven. He became the ruler of what you created, supernatural beings outside of heavens gates." Maxes eyebrows furrowed. It was all too much and yet as she looked around her, memories began to come back. Memories of Castiel as a young angel teaching her how to fly and watching over humans together. How she would play hide and seek with little Sammy while Cas was gone working. How he had told her she would forget him, and she made him promise to visit her. She smiled looking at Cas who smiled back whispering, "you remember." Max ran up to Castiel, wrapping him in a hug and after some hesitation, he did the same.

Realization caused her to let go and she frowned, "That means I have to kill you, and..." she looked around searching for words. "Not yet," Chuck stated. "Maybe not at all. Hold out your arm." Max held her arm out to chuck, pulling her jean jacket up and rolling it below her elbow. Scar after scar could be seen. Carvings of sigils and a bracelet looking scar that surrounded the words, 'successor of the holy thrown'. That was it. "In Hell..." Max tried to explain but god cut her off, "Dean." He stated, shooting an eye at Cas. "He has some old magic on your arm. spells conceived before the Paleozoic era. I don't know what they mean." Max gulped, praying for this question to go well, "Chuck?" he looked up at her, "Yes? "Can I go home?" Chuck sighed, "Yeah," he whispered defeated. "I will see you both soon," Chuck said looking between the two, "And I am proud of you Castiel, for protecting her. I am aware of how your siblings view that decision." Cas smiled, "Thank you, father." Chuck nodded and disappeared.
