I woke up in the middle of the night screaming and in tears. I had yet another nightmare about losing my parents but this time I lost Bentley too.

His phone rang twice before I heard his groggy voice.

"Hello?" It was deep and soothing. I let out a sob knowing that he was alright and my nightmare was in fact just that, a nightmare, "Sugar." He was wide awake now, "Sugar. Calm down and tell me what happened. Are you okay? Are you hurt? What's going on?"

"I'm fine." I sobbed, knowing that he would at least want to hear that. I heard him sigh a breath of relief.

"Thank Goddess. Take a couple of deep breaths, Sugar. Can you do that? You need to calm down so you can tell me what's wrong." He said, it took me a couple minutes but I eventually calmed down enough to tell him what was wrong.

"I had a nightmare, Bent. It was awful, there was so much blood." I was shaking hug my bear and blanket for dear life, looking for any signs of comfort that they always brought with them.

"Do you wanna talk about it?" He asked not knowing how I would react.

"It started out like a normal day. I was at the pool and then next thing I know I'm watching my parents get mutilated by The Lost Ones. There was already so much blood but then Carter came in and he had you all tied up and, oh God, Bent it was awful." I started to cry again, "He had you tied up and next thing I know he was tearing you apart. Literally. He was going to come after me next but I woke up. It felt so real."

"Shh." Bent said over the phone, "It's okay. None of that was real. It was just a dream. I'm alright, you're alright. We're both fine. It's okay. It wasn't real." He kept repeating that until I stopped crying.

"Do you feel that, Sugar?" Bentley asked after I stopped.

"No, what?" I sniffled.

"I'm hugging you and kissing away those stray tears that I know are still falling. Now, we're going to do the exact same thing. Pretend I'm there, okay?"

"Okay." I mumbled through the phone.

"I'm going to take your hand and lead you down the stairs and into the kitchen." He said as I slowly got up from his side of the bed and made my way downstairs and into the kitchen with my bear and blanket, "Now, without letting go of your hand, I would turn on the light." I turned on the light with my free hand, "I would then get you a glass from the cupboard and fill it with water from the sink." I could hear him fill up a glass of his own, "Next, I would sit at the dinner table and have you sit on my lap and I would kiss your temple and tell you everything is going to be alright. Because it is." He said as I sat down in the chair he usually occupies when we eat dinner together.

"I want you to drink all your water before going back upstairs." He demanded.

"Okay." I mumbled again.

When I was done I told him that I was headed back upstairs to bed.

"Good, you need rest. What time are you meeting Lauren tomorrow?" He asked.

"Noon, for lunch. Jessie and Shawn are coming over too." I said as I crawled back into bed.

"I take it you told them then?" He asked.

"Yeah, Shawn wasn't to thrilled hearing it from me but I take that since you didn't tell him, you haven't told Holden yet either?" I asked.

"Not yet. I was planning on doing that when I got back."

"Sounds like you have a lot to do when you come back, huh?"

"Sounds that way." He sighed.

"Bent?" I asked after we were both silent for a while.
