Augustus and his servants arrived in a forest filled with various monsters.

"Well, I suppose you guys know what to do. Attack!" Augustus declared confidently.

"Yes!" Okita Alter said as she dashed forward with Berserker Jeanne, blades drawn and at the ready.

The Assassin hanged back, fading into the shadows with his Presence Concealment before throwing dirks at some monsters.

"Is it too much to ask how you know my name?" The assassin asked his master as he jogged after the two sword-wielders.

"Read some info on the servant database. It seems you're one of many assassins under the name of Hassan-i-Sabbah. And you're the one known as Hassan of the Cursed Arm." Augustus replied to him.

"Ah, I see. You're a curious one, Lord Mage, concerning yourself with the likes of me and those two." Hassan said.

"It's what I do best." Augustus replied, "Some only care about the results while some such as myself try to make most of our alliances with our servants."

"That is a good choice, I suppose, even if it feels strange to know that my master treats me more like a friend." Hassan stated.

"Well, hope we can make the most of this situation and get along together." Augustus stated, "While I'm not one to pursue love, I suppose it'd be pretty neat to find a servant that would actually fall in love with me. I know it has happened before."

"Hmm. Which one would you choose, Lord Mage?" Hassan stated as he threw a volley of dirks, dealing critical damage to the monster it hit.

"Huh? Uhh, not sure." Augustus stated, "But I might try to avoid a situation where Jeanne and Okita would start to bicker about which of them I like more. I want nothing to do with harems. Hate 'em to death!"

Once the dust settled, Jeanne had been injured due to her low durability.

"Sheesh, what a pain..." she grumbled.

"Hold still." Augustus told Jeanne as he gently took hold of her to look at her injuries.

"Do you want to get cut, touching me like this?" Jeanne said, only to earn a glare from Augustus. He then inspected the injuries she had sustained.

"Nothing a healing spell can't handle." Augustus stated as his command spell-marked hand glowed with a gentle light, under which her injuries healed to nothingness.

"Miraculous..." Jeanne said in a momentary daze before regaining her senses and blushing, "Thank you, I suppose."

"No problem. Any injuries Okita?" Augustus said.

"Well, did receive a small cut on my cheek...!" Okita said before being taken by surprise when Augustus gently placed a hand on her cheek before healing the cut on it.

"There, all better." He said, "Now, onward! We have plenty of monsters left to kill and my mana is nowhere close to empty!"

"Yes, master!" Okita replied as she quickly followed his master. Jeanne was a little confused by how equally his master treated her and Okita. She wondered if he was going to cause some sort of triangle drama between himself and two lovey-dovier servants at some point.

She shrugged the thought off and quickly ran up to her master and the others, having been left there alone with her thoughts.

As Augustus and the gang roamed through the forest, they obliterated countless monsters, with Augustus even witnessing Okita's Noble Phantasm, which made him impressed. After all, he had grown a soft spot for energy beam attacks in his youth, which had been saturated with Dragon Ball Z and the original manga itself.
