morning came as the sunrise was peering through the window of team JNPR room as everyone is asleep except for one a red head spartan Pyrrha Nikos, the new the new leader of what remains of JNPR. its only been a few weeks since her partner, leader, and secret crush Jaune Arc was removed from beacon, and during those few week's Pyrrha changed in some ways she's no longer as happy as she once was if any she's been pushing herself with more training and constantly blames herself for not being there when Jaune needed it especially when he was constantly made a target by CDRL, and other teams when his secret was out. she was tired, but she couldn't sleep knowing that him having to leave was on her part, and was on her conches. she went to the bathroom and splashed water on her face and looked at herself seeing bags under her eyes "I.... I cant even look at myself. not when I know I could have done something to help him" she half said to her self before their was a knock of the door "Pyrrha are you ok?" came the voice of the Hammer using Nora Valkyrie "I- I'm fine Nora just waking up that's all!" she lied to the Valkyrie as the door opened to Nora in her PJ's "I know you better then that Pyrrha I know you well enough that your lying about your condition and even better to know what's bothering you." Nora said as she hugged her teammate "and I miss him too but you don't need to be bringing yourself down like that and to hurt yourself over it its not what Jaune would have-"

"how would you know what he would want! we pushed him away and betrayed him and his trust when he was going through a hard time we pushed him away and kicked him to the ground like dirt we- I betrayed him when he had nothing left!" Pyrrha started to sob as Nora Held her "hey don't worry Pyrrha we will see him again then you can say sorry to him I'm sure he will forgive you its Jaunes Nature to forgive and forget" Nora smiled as she held Pyrrha and calmed her down " your right thank you. you should head bed we still have a few hours before class starts its good when your fully rested and energized for the day" Pyrrha said happily a smile she cracked for the first time in some time "okie Dokie Captain!" Nora said with a full smile as she jumped back in her bed Literally but not for Pyrrha as she put on her combat attire and made her way to the training room unknowing a certain blond was listening in.

Jaune woke up in a unknown place surrounded by nothing but dirt, and rubble around him and what looked like a compound "uhh my head what happened?" He spoke to himself as he continued to look around his surroundings the place looked like a aftermath of a bomb "what happened to this place?" Jaune questioned as he walked around noticing that his arm was stained with his blood, and his outfit was torn leaving him only in his casual clothing with some tears and blood stains along with his knife that he kept on him before he heard a few gunshots witch put him on high alert. he followed the source of the shot he pulled his knife out in a revers grip position he looked over the wall that was mostly destroyed to what looked like a frag grenade he saw some people in what looked like armored suits in red and black as they shot people to the ground while laughing he had to do something quickly about this but he didn't have anything no armor no semblance and no proper weapon to fight them but as he pondered this he heard one of the kids cry as the child was about to get shot and that's when auto pilot kicked in for Jaune and he instinctively threw his knife at the armored person sticking it in his shoulder to avoid killing him then he rushed them doing the same tactics with he grim he slid to the ground to close the distance and kicked his legs up disarming one of the men and ramming the stock of the weapon into the mans helmet knocking him down and he regained his stance and aimed it at the other armored man "DROP IT NOW!" Jaune yelled as the man instead of putting down the gun he aimed his gun and shot in his direction only a few bullets hitting, and gracing his body but heard a scream as some bullets missed him but killed the child and what looked like to be the mother or close relative then that's when it happed to him. after all the shit he's dealt with at beacon being a target for attacks, betrayed by friends, and disowned by family the second he saw the deaths of these two incent people that's when he finally lost it and snapped. as if he lost who he was he glowed orange as he dashed at the man with impossible speeds and punched the armored man hard denting his armor then following up by grabbing his helmet and slamming it down on his knee cracking the visor then grabbing his gun and unloading the entire magazine into his body till there was nothing left but a riddled corps with holes and blood puddled ground with an empty gun and smoking barrel then the other man got up looking at Jaune with disbelief as he ripped out the knife from his shoulder and throwing it to the ground and started shooting at him "you fucking cunt you'll pay for that kid" the man yelled as he unloaded his gun in Jaunes direction as Jaune moved fast around him then getting close to disarm the man and kicking him back as he picked up his knife as the man in red armor pulled out his knife and they both engaged in a knife fight sharing blows as Jaune had the upper hand in all honestly Jaune didn't even know what he was doing he was just angry and on auto pilot but something was telling him to kill and that's what he did KILL. as Jaune got behind the man he Stabbed the blade in his back causing the armored man to recoil forward as Jaune moved around and grabbed his knife and stabbed it into his shoulder then reaching around his body ripped out his knife and grabbed his right arm and lifted it up spinning himself around stabbed the man in the stomach then pulling it out and shoving it into his throat as blood spurted out on his body then ripping out both knifes and slitting the mans throat and pushing him back and grabbing his knife by the blade and threw it and nailed it into the mans head with precision as the body fell back to the ground as Jaune held his throwing position slowly turning his throwing hand into a clenched fist "I am fucking awesome" before standing up and went to retrieve his knife from the mutilated corps he worked on before he looked at him self as he flickered orange instead of his usual white and noticed the blood on his hands some on his body and head along with a few bullet holes in him before he could register his pain he collapsed on the ground just as a sage green airship opened with more armored men but different color being tan and green as a whole group spread out to help others then one noticed him. "we got a live one here" one said as what looked like a medical team with a Gurnee "damn, this kid did all this. take him back to base I want to see what else he can do maybe he'll be useful to us the other armored person said before walking backing into the ships bay just as Jaune fell uncinches

Pyrrha was training room letting out all of her emotions even after the talk with Nora she still felt responsible for Jaunes bad times at beacon, then as she reared her shield back and slamming it into the droid busting its head off into the door frame where someone was standing as Pyrrha noticed who it was "jeez hard on your self much" a certain blond said as she leaned into the door frame "Yang wh- what are you doing here this early" Pyrrha said being surprised at the only person she believed to never be up early in the mornings "I could be asking you the same thing really, I know you like to keep a nice neat schedule like Weiss but even for you this is too early and i- not we have noticed how you've been lately your almost turning into Blake when she's hooked up on something witch tells me that he's been on your mind huh" Yang said as she walked onto the training floor as Pyrrha sighed in defeat "that obvious huh" she said as she holstered her weapons "yeah even Ruby seen it and I would be lying to say I kind of missed the guy he wasn't bad but he..... he lied to us and it hurt in a way" Yang said as she rubbed her arms slightly "look Pyrrha i know your crazed up about this but don't do this to yourself especially when its in his name" Yang said as she walked out of the training room leaving Pyrrha to her self

later that day both teams RWBY and what was left of JNPR where in the dorms having a light discussion " I think I should be the first one to say we should go look for him he hasn't been answering his scroll at all and we don't know where he is or where he could be" Ruby said as she sat on her bunk " even if we did go look for him we have no real leads to where he went" Weiss said as she was sitting at the desk in the corner of the room " what about family he should have family to go to right why not start there "Nora said as she bounced in the room as she believed she had a lead to where she could find Jaune " A good start to search yes miss Valkyrie but it wont do you good" Came the voice of a man as both the teams turn to the door to see Ozpin with his signature coffee cup and data pad "Professor Ozpin what brings you here?" Pyrrha said as she was confused as why the headmaster of the school was here and not doing things that could be more important "there is something I wish to discus with you in privet. miss Nikos, miss Rose please bring your team to my office in 10 minutes" Ozpin said as he walked off down the corridor leaving confused looks on both teams.

when both teams made it to the top floor of the school they where met with the sight of Ozpin and Glynda as she stood near his desk "good you've made it" Ozpin said as he was looking at his data pad now before I say anything I want you to know this informs Mr. arc" Ozpin said with a serious look on his face "um okay what about Jaune is he ok " Ruby said as she felt her heart sink a little bit from hearing his name especially after the events from the past few weeks. "tell me has any of you received any sort of contact from Mr. Arc since his departure from here" Ozpin said as he leaned forward in his chair as everyone exchanged quick glances at each other before all nodding leaving the headmaster to sigh " i had feared so. listen this is not gonna be easy to say. to any of you but I have some unfortunate news of the late arc." Ozpin said as he looked at each student in front of him as their faces started to show worry and fear "wh-what happened is Jaune ok is he hurt did something happen "Pyrrha started to lose herself quickly only hearing the warning "I'm afraid miss Nikos he is not. When Jaune was expelled he had nowhere to go being his family disowned him for his lie leaving him nowhere to go sadly to keep tabs on him I bugged his scroll before he left and he went dark only a few hours after departing I sent out scout drones to find his scroll location and I'm afraid the images I have are more then unnerving to see never the less" he laid down his data pad on the table in front of him as Yang picked up the tablet looking over the pictures as her face quickly turned into fear and shock and she soon felt sick to her stomach as her other team members looked at what she saw as they too looked in horror as they saw blood stained grass torn clothing and the most noticeable a heavily damaged sword and shield belonging to someone they called and wished now to still call friend. Jaune Arcs weapons as Ruby Started to cry in loss of her first friend and Pyrrha taking it the worst running out of the room " I'm sorry for your loss" but sadly this was what I feared would happen to him"

after that day no one was the same after what they saw team RWBY and JNPR where never the same knowing that they lost someone who they treated bad due to a lie now knowing they could never say sorry even at his grave they still felt responsible for his ending
