Bruce Banner x Reader

The walls of the basement shook as Bruce had another episode of hulking out. You stood outside the glass wall looking though.

Natasha was immediately inside the room trying to calm him down. You sigh knowing you could never get Bruce when Natasha had him wrapped around her finger.

You start to walk away when a loud bang shakes the entire room out enough to be heard outside making you jump in your skin.

You turn around to see him still in hulk for reaching out to you through the broken glass. You slowly step closer.

"(Y/n) don't. Be careful." Natasha says gaining Hulks attention. He growls and gets ready to hit her.

"Bruce stop!!" You yell making him freeze in his steps.

You take soft small steps towards him and stand facing him. You slowly put your hand on his cheek calming him down. He grabs your hand and you see his skin going back to its original color.

As he turns back you realize the tears staining his cheeks. "(Y/n)" he says his voice cracking.

I signal the other avengers to leave as a sit down on the floor next to Bruce.
"I'm a monster. I hurt people" my heart breaks at his words.

"Bruce you are not a monster. You have a gift that you are able to control. I can barely control mine so you being able to control the anger inside of you is amazing. You don't hurt people, you protect us. Don't ever say that you're a monster cause you're not one. You a person like all of us." You says letting the tears fall from your eyes.  

You lightly grab his face wiping away the stray tears. You see him lean it and you immediately attach your lips to his. You feel him relax and kiss back. Once you separate you see that Bruce has calm down fully.

"Thank you"
