Who's Bunny?

Chapter 13

Izuku woke up for the tenth time that night, unable to get any sleep because of the nightmare. It wouldn't leave him alone. He looked over at the time.

"1 in the morning. This isn't good." He thought, sitting up.

He stared round the dark room, thankful he could see thanks to the moonlight. He heard snores from all around the room. He sighed as he stood up, grabbing a pillow as he left the room. He looked round outside, seeing no one. He looked up at the roof, seeing some camera's. With a heavy sigh, he went back inside his dorm room. He jumped up to the window and climbed out, climbing up to the roof of the one story building.

'It's a full moon.' Izuku murmured as he sat down, hugging the pillow close as he stared up at the moon.

It shone down bright, millions of stars dotting the sky. He closed his eyes as he hummed a lovably.

'Midoriya?'

Izuku stopped humming and turned to see Tokoyami walking towards him.

'Tokoyami? What're you doing out here this early?' Izuku asked.

'I could ask you the same,' Tokoyami replied, sitting down next to Izuku. 'But, I couldn't sleep. Dark Shadow kept me up.'

'Dark Shadow?' Izuku repeated.

A big black hawk like bird swooped down from the sky, landing on Tokoyami's outstretched arm.

'This is Dark Shadow.' Tokoyami said.

'Heyo!' The bird chirped.

'Hi Dark Shadow.' Izuku smiled.

'Anyway. Why are you out here?' Tokoyami asked.

'I couldn't sleep either,' Izuku replied, bringing his knees up to his chest as he hugged the pillow tighter. 'A part of my past I wish I could forget came back.'

Dark Shadow flew to Izuku's shoulder, rubbing his head against Izuku's cheek. Tokoyami wrapped an arm round Izuku's other shoulder, bringing him in close.

'Do you wanna talk about it?' Tokoyami asked.

Izuku thought for a moment before nodding his head. He began the little nightmare. Tokoyami and Dark Shadow listened and comforted him as he finished. Izuku was hugging the pillow close as he leaned on Tokoyami's shoulder, eyes shut tight. He ended up falling asleep there. Tokoyami picked Izuku up bridal style and brought out his wings, flying down to Izuku's dorm. He flew inside and placed Izuku down on his bed, pulling the covers over him. Tokoyami kissed Izuku on the head before leaving the room.

*Time Skip to morning*

Izuku woke up to someone shaking him.

'W-wha...?' He murmured, sitting up with a yawn.

'You're finally awake!' Kaminari said with a little sigh of relief. 'You need to get ready quick or we'll be late.'

Izuku looked at the time.

'8:20?!' Izuku exclaimed, jumping out of his bed and running round the room, grabbing his uniform and new case.

He ran into the bathroom and fixed himself up, taking a pill and brushing his teeth. He changed into his uniform and ran back out. He grabbed his bag, stuffing it full of all his books. He looked at the time, seeing it was 8:23.' He grabbed Kaminari's hand and ran out of the room, changing his feet to bunny for more speed. They reached the classroom with 3 minutes to spare.

'Jeez. Why did I have to sleep in?' Izuku murmured to himself as they entered.

'There you are! I was wondering if you were even gonna come.' Kiri said, waving them over.

'If it weren't for Kami here I would still be sleeping.' Izuku sighed.

'Well you got here. And with time to spare.' Kiri smiled.

Just then, the bell rang. We all sat down as Aizawa came in. While class was progressing, I felt a burning sensation in my chest.

"What the... why is this happening? The pill should be stopping this from happening. Unless, my body still hasn't accepted it." Izuku thought, trying to subside the pain and concentrate on the lesson.

It worked, though, he could still feel flames raging inside him. He lasted the whole hour. But, as he stood up to go to his next class, he blacked out.

'Deku!' Katsuki yelled, catching Izuku.

'Midoriya-kun?! What's wrong with him?!' Uraraka exclaimed, running over to Izuku and Katsuki.

'I'm not sure. He just collapsed.' Katsuki murmured.

'Let me see him.' Aizawa said, pushing through.

He kneeled down, looked Izuku over, checking his pulse. He breathed out a sigh as he stood back up.

'He's just unconscious. Take him to the infirmary. He just needs to rest.' Aizawa instructed.

Katsuki picked Izuku up bridal style before running out the classroom, running all the way down to the infirmary. He walked in and placed Izuku down on a bed.

'What's wrong this time?' Recovery Girl asked, coming over to examine Izuku.

'He just collapsed in class.' Katsuki replied, staring down at Izuku.

'Alright. I'll take care of him. You should head off to class.' Recovery Girl said, shooing Katsuki off.

Katsuki nodded, taking one last glance at Izuku before walking off.

'Thought you'd be fine. Guess you haven't accepted the medicine after all.' Recovery Girl sighed.

'Guess not.' Izuku murmured, waking back up.

'You shouldn't push yourself. Just rest here for this period. You can leave at lunch.' Recovery Girl said.

'Ok.' Izuku nodded, laying down.
