[Jooheon's POV]
"You're seriously going?" Hyungwon said, rubbing some sleep out of his eyes.
"I don't see why not." Jooheon signed some papers, working whilst talking.
"Because it's literally the police?" Hyungwon pointed out, grabbing a cereal bowl. He was up unusually early, but Jooheon decided not to mention it.
"Whatever amateur they put in my way can't even try to touch me. They've got nothing. I'm simply humouring myself, really."
"If you say so. Be careful, or whatever." Hyungwon smiled and sat down on the sofa, watching as Jooheon exited the building. Yesterday he had received an email to his public mail, asking for his attendance at the police station. Confident they had no way to reach him, he decided it could be fun to watch the incompetent detectives try to make him confess as if they were the pope themselves. He took a hired car and drove across the city, getting there early despite the heavy traffic. As he entered the surprisingly modern station, three police came rushing up, and the rest began murmuring about his presence. He liked the attention and caught the gaze of a young receptionist to whom he winked. The receptionist fled with his gaze and at that moment, Jooheon was instructed to come along with them into the station. They didn't make it far until he spotted a determined-looking woman approaching him. She was beautiful, as a matter of fact, it caught him off-guard. Sure he had seen many beautiful women trying to gain his favor previously, but she was something else. Jooheon cleared his throat subtly and regained his posture before she came close enough to spot his surprise. She flinched as she came up close, which made him regain his confidence further and smiled slyly at her.
"Morning, miss...?" He asked for her name, staring directly at her. She took a deep breath and he couldn't help but think she wasn't actually annoyed with him, rather something else...
"[Y/N] [Y/S]. Follow me please." And so she turned on her heel. The rest wasn't different from what he had imagined, as she asked him things that were too remote to even connect him to anything. As she left the room, he grew impatient and stood up. He would thank himself greatly for it later, as he overheard how they spoke about Seo-jang, confirming his suspicions this call was about it. Damn, did they have any traces of them being there? No, of course they didn't. He quickly excused himself from the scene, not very amused with their confusion anymore, and left the building. He noticed that she had followed him first outside on the street, hearing her steps harshly against the pavement. As she yelled out his name, he furrowed his eyebrows and took a sharp turn into an empty street. He was fast, and strong, using it to his advantage as she approached; pushing her against the wall he kept her pinned with his strength. She looked surprised, and at this distance he instantly felt affected by the tension, but ignored it. He had business to attend to, and despite her beauty, she was not getting in his way.
