Introduction to the Story

Hey everyone so this is my first real attempt at writing a real story. After I started to get into some of the marvel comics I started to think of a story and I just couldn't get it out of my head. Thus, this story was born and I hope you all enjoy it or hate it...Just kidding hopefully you will all like it.

P.s. I am not a very good writer, sometimes I can be but I am more of a just get my thoughts out there kinda person so we shall see how this goes.

P.s. Also I am currently in college so updates will come as frequent as I am able to post and write.

Now onto the backstory of book 1

This story follows the life of Sam Lewis, who is the brother of Darcy Lewis. Ever since Sam was little everyone knew he was special. He had his mothers good looks but his dads superior intellect; thus, making him an easy target for bullies. To top that all off, Sam's "father" finds out that he is not Sam's actual father early on and Sends him away when he was only 8. Sam was in foster care for about 2 years when he discovered that he had mutant powers. Soon after Sam was found by a man named Charles Xavier. Charles decided to adopt the boy and raise him as his own at his recently reopened school for the gifted. There Sam was able to form friendships, allies and will eventually go on to be part of the new team of X-men. When Sam turned 15 he discovered who his father truly was but felt ashamed because he thought his father would be disappointed in him, so he keep the information to himself. Plus, he saw Professor Xavier as his real father anyway. When Sam was 16 he experienced a rare double mutation that caused for him to have to leave the school in order for him to get control of his newfound powers. Sam will eventually learn to fully control his powers and return to the X-men. This will conclude Book 1 and Book 2 will dive into Sam's adult years.

That's basically book 1 but there is still plenty details left out, such as...

- Who Is Sam's real father?

- How he got his powers

- His life in general?

- How the movies line up?

(Disregard most of the X-men continuity, those events happenend but I don't have the talent to explain them so role with it. This will pretty much be AU from the MCU stuff minus Thor (heavily lines up into that) but will address and crossover into the movies as the story progresses.)
