Chapter Seven
The Announcement

Abigail is still in tears over the death of two of the most wonderful men she had ever known. The doctor enters his room, pulls out his stethoscope to check his heart. His eyes light up as he looks at Abigail, and says, "This is impossible?" The doctor runs from the room to get assistance from the medical staff when the person laying on the table sits up with his arms extended behind him and says, "Like I said, Abigail sometimes we come back." She faints dead away to the floor. The doctor returns to his room and finds Clifford standing beside the table and Abigail laying down passed out. The doctor says, "are you ok?" Clifford replies, "I am just fine even though I can't remember much of the last twenty-four hours. I remember walking in what seems to be a haze or almost like a fog, and then waking up in the hospital and talking to my wife, Abigail. I remember something about a car accident and then waking up here and that's all, but the funny thing was right before I woke up I could see myself floating into the heavens." The doctor says, "Well, you seem to be fine but I would take it easy for a few days and if you have any problems don't hesitate to call me." The Studebaker is on its way home when Abigail starts coming around. She looks at the driver and says, "Ezra is that you?" He looks at her and says, "Abby it's me, Clifford, your husband." "Clifford that is not possible, you see you died over 10 years ago from drinking tainted water from the creek back in 1931." "I do remember getting sick then going to sleep one day and the next thing I know I wake up in the hospital." She replies, "Clifford, you died and I have been grieving over you for the last ten years." He is completely in disbelief, so they drive to the cemetery to confirm what she already knows, but he doesn't believe. The walk through the cemetery and Clifford notices how many of his friends had passed away, as he says,"It was just yesterday that I saw Jim down at Hoot's store." She reminded him that his yesterday was over ten years ago. They are standing in front of his grave marker, and as he looks down he says, "I can't believe this, how can I be dead one minute and ten years later alive and fit as a fiddle." He reaches to Abby's arm and pinches her to which she responds, "OUCH! Why did you pinch me?" He smiles at her and says, well this is not a dream, and I know we're not in heaven, so there is only one thing left, I must have been reincarnated into this Ezra guy's body when he died on the operating table." Abby lifts up his shirt and the only scars are from the surgery, but they are completely healed as if the surgery was months ago. She says, "well, there is just one more thing I need to tell you. When Ezra's car drove over the hill Mr. Hoot died trying to save him, so in a few days were going to be attending his funeral and burial. Let me ask you something Clifford when we attend the funeral of Mr.Hoot what are we going to say to everyone that knows you have already died years ago?" She stands there thinking and asks, "do you remember what you said after you woke up on the table in the morgue?" "Well, no actually don't remember," Abby replies, "you said sometimes we come back." He then said, "how about we call it a day, sleep on it, and see how things look in the morning. They arrive home and everyone is still asleep, so Clifford walks out to the back porch, strips down completely naked so he may take a bath when he screams, "Abby! Someone circumcised me!" She comes running to the back porch looks down at his hoo Hoo as she called it, and starts laughing. In between her laughter, she tries to explain the obvious. "It would appear as if Ezra was circumcised, but you're not and seeing how you now have his body as a loaner, you are now circumcised." He looks down at his penis with a smile and says, "whoever said no pain no gain?" She stands there with a bit of a grin on her face as she envisions the size if his penis fully hard knowing she has been upgraded to a first-class adventure when it comes to the log ride. She says, "well, you finish your bath and I will be waiting for some rest and relaxation in our bedroom or you can just come in and give me a well deserved, well you know?" "Abby, just say it!you want a good old fashion fucking." Her nipples become hard immediately and she can't wait until he comes into the bedroom, as she drops her yellow sundress to expose her beautiful body. He grabs her, pulls her close to his body, and gives her that long awaited, but passionate kiss. He then bends her over the wash basin, as she takes the fresh well water and pours it over her body just as he gives her a slow penetration into her mound of love. She screams, "Oh' daddy make mama feel it! In a few minutes, we find both of them in a warm embrace under a homemade quilt as Abby is stroking his hair back every so gentle. In a few minutes, they find themselves sound asleep in a warm embrace for the rest of the evening like two experienced lovers with nothing to hide. The darkness has fallen over their lives like a blanket of Gods love, and knowing tomorrow is another day only fills their dreams with great expectations that are yet to come.
