Chapter 3

Rosé's POV

I hate these guys so much! What do they think of themselves?! They think that they can do and say anything and we girls will just watch them and be quiet?!

"Rosé are you okay?" Jennie asked me bringing me out of my thoughts as we sat down for lunch.

"Yes" I replied.

We soon finished our lunch and went back to the company. We reached the company and I went to oppa's cabin to give him the reports. I was still feeling irritated because of what happened earlier. I entered oppa's cabin and gave him the reports.

"What's with that face?" He asked me as he saw me frowning.

"Nothing Oppa, when we went out for lunch, a person met with and accident and when I went near him to help him, he said 'I love you' to me!! That jerk!!" I said as I slammed my hands on the table.

"Aww it's okay Sweety, just forget about it okay?" He said wrapping his arms around my shoulder. I nodded and smiled.

Soon it was evening. Our work was over. I and oppa reached home.

"Mom!Dad! We're home!" We said together.

"Oh we we're waiting for you both Sweety, we have something very important to share with you guys" Mom said and we all sat on the couch.

"So Sweety, you're now 23 years old and you're independent now right?" She started explaining and I nodded.

"And we think 23 is the right age for you to get married. We have a marriage proposal for you and we are going to meet him tomorrow" she said and I was shocked.

"What!! I'm not going to marry anyone!! Oppa say something!"I shouted and turned to my brother for support.

"Honey listen, I don't think it's bad idea. You can't be alone for your whole life right? I know that guy and he is a very good person. Trust me you'll be very happy with him" Jinyoung oppa said.

"Oppa you too!!! I don't want to get married! Why don't guys understand it?" I said frustrated.

"Darling, we won't force you, we are just going to meet him tomorrow. You can reject it if you don't like him. Okay? For your dad? Please?" Dad said and he knows that I can't hurt him or say no to him at any cost. I sighed and nodded.

"Okay cool! Let's go to bed then" dad said and we all went to our bedrooms.

I took a shower and wore my pyjamas. I stood in the balcony and stared at the sky. My eyes got filled with tears when I thought about 'him'. I started crying as I thought about what 'he' did to me back then. My body was shivering. Suddenly I heard a knock. I immediately wiped my tears and opened the door to see oppa. I gave him a fake smile and let him enter.

"Trying to fool me?" He asked and I stared at him confused.

"W-what are y-you trying to say oppa?"  I asked him as I looked everywhere but him. He came closer.

"Don't try to act innocent in front of me sweety, I know that you're hiding something from me, because you stutter only when you did something wrong or you're upset. Did you cry?" He asked me as he cupped my cheeks. I couldn't hold it anymore.

I hugged him tightly and cried into his chest. He knows me too well.

"Why are you crying honey? What happened? Is it because of the marriage matter? Is it because of 'him'?" He asked as his tone became cold at his last sentence. He was caressing my back. I nodded into his chest.

"I-I'm s-scared oppa! W-what if it h-happens to m-me a-again?" I shivered in fear. He hugged me tightly.

"Nothing will happen to you honey. I won't let it happen. You are my precious sister and I'll always protect you no matter what! Okay?" He said as he broke the hug.

I nodded at him and he wiped my tears and smiled. I smiled back at him.

"Now stop crying and go to bed. Don't think about anything. Come to me if you need anything. Okay?" He said.

"Ne oppa, goodnight oppa, thank you so much" I replied and pecked his cheek.

"Goodnight Sweety" He said and I laid down on the bed, he wrapped the blanket on me and kissed my forehead and went to his room.

Jinyoung's POV

I can't see my sister like this anymore. I know I made the right decision. I know he won't disappoint me in keeping my sister happy. He is the right choice for her.

Flashback~~

I know that no matter how happy she tries to be in front of us, I know that she is broken inside. I can't see my sister like that anymore. I want to see her happy.

We finished our dinner and Rosé went to sleep early. I, mom and dad were sitting in the living as I wanted to talk to them.

"So what did you want to talk about son?" Dad asked me.

"Dad I want Rosé to get married soon" I said and they both were shocked.

"What? But why? She is too young for marriage" dad said.

"Dad I can't see her like that anymore, she needs someone who loves her and takes care of her. I want to see her happy. And I think this is the right age for her to get married" I said to them and they sighed.

"Okay son we agree with you"
Dad said and I smiled at him.

"Do you have anyone in your mind?" Mom asked and I nodded.

"You both know him and he is perfect for Rosé Mom." I said smiling. I took my phone and showed them his photo.

"Him? We are happy with your decision honey. He will be perfect for Rosé. We will talk with his parents soon. But it's your duty to convince your sister okay?" My mom said happily.

"Yes mom, you can trust me on that." I said smiling. Soon we all went to bed...

I smiled and went to sleep...
