Chapter 18

Fei was about to go to bed when her phone rang. It was Jackson.

"Hey Kayee! What's uppp!" She said cheerfully into the phone.

"J-jiejie! M-mark hyung" he stuttered. Fei was worried now.

"What happened to him!?" She shouted.

"Jiejie h-he" he cried without completing his sentence.

"Tell me what happened to him Ja'er!" She yelled worried.

"H-He met with an a-accident!" Jackson said.

"What!?" She stumbled back.

"Where are you Kayee?" She asked after calming down.

"The ambulance has already arrived jiejie. Just come directly to the Seoul City Hospital" He said and hung up.

She immediately took her car keys and drove towards the hospital. She ran to the receptionist and asked about Mark. She then ran to the operation theatre.

There she saw Jackson walking back and forth with tears flowing down his cheeks.

"Kayee!" She said and ran to her. He hugged her as soon as he saw her. She hugged back and both of them kissed each other's cheeks.

"How did it happen?" She asked breaking the hug.

"I don't know jiejie, I was returning home when I saw there was an accident at the traffic lights. I went there to see what happened and I saw that M-Mark hyung's car was on the ground u-upside down and the paramedics were carrying h-him into the a-ambulance. And then I called you" he cried.

"Shhh calm down, he'll be okay Kayee" Fei said.

"I shouldn't have let him drive on his own" she mumbled with tears rolling down her cheeks but Jackson heard it.

"What do you mean?" He asked.

"Mark came to our house. He was devastated. He and Rosé had a fight" she said and he sighed.

"Don't blame yourself for his accident. I heard that Rosé noona asked for a divorce" he said and she nodded.

"Oh my god! It's so fucked up!" He cursed.

"Language Ja'er!" She looked at him sternly.

Just then they heard someone yelling their name. It was Jinyoung, others were behind him.

"Where is hyung?!" Yugyeom asked.

"He is in the operation theatre" Fei said.

That's when they noticed that Fei was there. While the others were surprised, and happy to see her but one member was glaring at her. He was upset with her. Fei frowned when she saw him glaring at her.

"Yah! Didn't you miss your fianc-" Fei was cut off when she saw someone running towards them.

It was Rosé.

"W-Where is Mark?!" She asked.

"What are you doing here Rosé? I told you not to come!" Jinyoung said. He was still upset with her for hurting Mark.

"B-But he is my-" She was cut off by Jaebum.

"Guys let's just wait for the doctor to come out" he said and they all nodded. They all were tensed and worried. Some sat down on the chairs while some stood leaning on the wall.

Rosé didn't know what to do. She knew that all the boys were upset with her. She was worried for Mark, she didn't know why. Her heart raced. Tears were rolling down her cheeks. Jinyoung sighed and sat beside her and wrapped his arm around her shoulder and hugged her. She cried.
