Fucking shit.

After i realized the roses, i looked for Toni all day long.

Nowhere.

She has to be somewhere.

"Jughead... you know where Toni is?"

"Nop, sorry Cheryl... why, is everything ok?"

"She didn't answer my messages and i just want to know that she's ok"

Of course she's the fuck not okay.

You broke her.

"Mhm... like i said... i also haven't heard from her all day long. But i'll let you know when i know more."

"Thanks", i mumbled walking away.

Think, Cheryl, think.

Where could she be.

She likes to go to Sweet Water River when she's sad ... just like you.

And with that i drove to the Sweet Water River.

I got out of my car, walking to our favorite spot, just to see a crying Toni, face buried in her knees , curled up on the ground .

Oh no.

My baby.

Fuck.

Stop crying.

You broke her.

You approached her, but she didn't notice you.

She was too busy with crying.

And fuck, my heart broke in two seeing her like this.

"H-Hei, everything ok?"

Obviously not you dumb cow.

She jumped up a little in shock.

"Y-you s-scared the, the f-fuck out of, of me", she sniffled, still sobbing a little.

Oh my poor babygirl.

She deserves so much more than this.

"I-im sorry, i didn't want to scare you..."

I sat down next to her.

I looked around and suddenly noticing a blanket with cherries and snacks on it, a few feet away from us.

"Whats that?", i asked curiously.

She didn't answer.

All she did was trying to stop sobbing and wiping her tears from her cheeks.

"I saw the roses...", you began again.

Again. No answer.

"Were those for me?"

I turned my face to her, seeing her nodding.

"A-and i-i was so dumb to b-believe that y-you , THE queen bee, would ever w-want to go o-on a d-date w-with me, southside scum.", she finally says.

Another tear escaped her eye.

Oh no.

Don't think things like that, baby.

"Don't say that", i said.

She turned away again just to bury her head in her hands.

"It's the truth", i heard her mumble.

I reached my hands to her's and took them in mine.

She looked at me.

She's so beautiful.

Her eyes.

Her lips.

Her jaw.

Her hair.

"You are not southside scum, ok?"

She didn't do anything.

I knew she was not convinced.

"Did you hear me... you are not southside scum, Toni. You are so much more than that."

And now i felt tears forming in my eyes.

"And don't ever think you're not enough for me, cause god, you are. It's me who don't deserve you, understand?"

I saw her eyes began to shine.

Oh how can anybody not love her?

"B-but i just w-want you, Cheryl."

My heart skipped a beat.

I took my index finger under her chin, leading her closer to me.

We were just inches away from each other and we could feel our breathe.

Kiss her.

What are you waiting for?

I opened my mouth, not knowing what to say.

So i just said, what i always wanted to say her... her, Toni Topaz, the girl i couldn't stop thinking about.

"Believe me, Toni, i want you too"

I saw her eyes darken...

And there was nothing but love , desire and lust in her eyes.

And with that i leaned in , closed the gap and our lips locked.

Fuck, how i missed those pink, wonderful soft, kissable lips.

And in that moment i knew:

All i wanted to do in my life is kiss her every fucking second.
