>> A doll maker in the 1920's. She was an elementary school teacher. She wanted to make her dolls look so real, she cut hair off of her students. She even skinned off some of her daughters skin for one particular doll. She was caught and found not guilty for reason of insanity.

>> In the late 1800's, a nurse named Jane Toppan, Killed people in the hospitals she worked for fun. She made her own pills and handed them out. She picked out victims and poisoned them. She even killed children. She killed her family and anyone close to her.
She ended up killing 31 people and was caught. Jane Toppan was found not guilty for reason of insanity.

>> A 58 year old man living alone in Japan started hearing strange noises at night and noticing things out of place in his house. He installed video camera. Turns out a homeless woman had been living in his attic and cupboards for almost a YEAR in his house, undetected.

It gets creepier: The way he found out about the woman was that he sat down in his living room to review the tapes and saw the woman climbing into a cupboard and closing the door. The cupboard was right next to where he was sitting.

>>The Egg Hill Church was built in 1860.
The Egg Hill Church held regular services until its closure in 1927. Legend has it that a pastor took his own life after murdering several in his congregation within the church itself. The reason? He was possessed by dark entities that resided in the surrounding woods.. so legend tells it. This story has left a rather dark mark on this once isolated building. A negative pall is said to hang over the area, a bell can be heard to toll in the still of the night, and dark figures have been reported standing amongst the old headstones.
