Bethany woke up to Sherlock on her chest. He was still asleep. He looked so peaceful. Bethany kissed his forehead and buzzed for the nurse. The nurse rushed in and Bethany laughed.

"I just wanted to know if I can leave today. I want to go home with Sherlock." Bethany smiled. Her stomach was hurting, after all, she was just shot.

"Yes. But you either need crutches or a wheelchair. You can't walk yet, since where you were shot is a very sensitive area..... Wait. Did you say 'Sherlock'? As in Sherlock Holmes?!?" the nurse got excited. "I love that guy!"

"Yea. Well so do I." Bethany replied in a defensive tone. The nurse was shocked.

"Is.... is that.... him? On you?" The nurse frowned. Bethany nodded.

"Oh my gosh. I'm so sorry. I didn't know you two where....." the woman stuttered.

"It's okay. Just keep it to yourself. Please. We don't want anyone to know." Bethany begged. The nurse nodded and ducked out of the room. Something looked familiar about the nurse. Like Beth had seen her before.

"Beth. Morning." Sherlock yawned. She smiled and kissed his forehead.

"Morning, Sherlock." Bethany noticed that the nurse was back with a wheelchair.

"This is for you, ma'am." The woman growled.

"Beth. That's...... Stacy....." Sherlock whispered.

Bethany gasped in horror as Stacy closed the door. She locked the door and shot the camera. Bethany called for the doctor but, Stacy laughed.

"I'm the only one here, you idiot. I moved you guys. " Stacy laughed. Sherlock held on to Bethany. Stacy pointed the gun at Sherlock.

"You guys made me kill her. You did. She came to you. And she was going to tell you about what I did. She couldn't. I loved her. But I didn't want to be found out. So I killed her." Stacy cried. "Now you guys have to die. I failed with your girlfriend. But now I won't."

She pointed the silver gun at Beth's head and Sherlock reached for his phone, only to find that it was gone. Stacy laughed as she loaded her gun. Sherlock went to get up, but Stacy shot at his foot. Then Bethany freaked out. She jumped out of the bed, grabbed a needle out of her arm and stabbed Stacy in the neck. Sherlock froze. Stacy shot her gun and the bullet landed in Beth's leg. Stacy stopped moving and Beth grabbed her bleeding leg. She then snatched her phone out of Stacy's pocket and called Lestrade.

Five days later, a nurse walked into the room.

"You have to stop getting shot, Miss Greene." She chirped.

"It's the job. And the same person who shot me. It won't happen again." Beth assured her.

"I'm Dr. Jones."

"Jones?" Bethany crawled back in the bed.

"Dr. Martha Jones." The nurse told Beth.

"Did... did you know Stacy Jones?" Bethany panicked. What if yet were siblings?

"No. I didn't. Let me guess. She's the one who shot you." Martha smiled. Beth nodded. Sherlock walked into the room and smiled to see that Beth was awake.

"Can we have a minute?" Sherlock begged. Martha smiled and exited the room. Sherlock walked over to Beth and rubbed her cheek. She pulled herself up but Sherlock slowly pushed her down.

"You need rest." Sherlock informed Beth. She frowned. Sherlock chuckled and lowered himself next to Beth. She smiled at him, and Sherlock could see the pain behind her eyes. He placed a kiss on her lips and the door opened. Martha walked in with a wheelchair.

"Sorry to interrupt, but Miss Greene is ready to go." She announced and patted the seat. Sherlock picked Beth up and secured her in the blue chair. She smiled at him and they thanked Martha.

"Now I must go help my next patient." Martha left the room. Sherlock wheeled Bethany out the door and into the lobby. They past Martha with a group of students. The man lying down had brown hair and he winked at Beth. Sherlock noticed Beth smile back at him and he stopped wheeling her. He bent over the front and quickly gave Beth a peck on the lips and she laughed. She tugged his hair to get him to bend down. She smiled and whispered, "don't be jealous, Sherlock. You have nothing to worry about. He's not my type. You are." Sherlock let out a sigh of relief and kissed Beth's forehead. She smiled at him and they left the hospital.
