After two weeks of Beth being back in Baker Street, Sherlock had been in and out of the flat. Bethany was getting worried that he had another girlfriend. So she decided to finally confront him.

"Sherlock. Can I talk to you?" Beth patted on the seat next to her. Sherlock shook his head.

"I have to go to the shop," Sherlock said. "I'll be back in a bit." Sherlock rushed out of the room. Bethany just sat there, her mouth hanging open. She then pulled out her phone.

"Desprate times, call for desperate mesures." Beth mumbled. She dialed a number and waited for the person to pick up.

"Mycroft Holmes," Mycroft answered.

"Mycroft. I need help." Beth felt weird asking Sherlock's brother for help.

"What is it, Bethany?" Mycroft groaned. He obviously didn't want to help.

"It's about Sherlock. He's been acting.... strange." Beth heard Mycroft chuckle.

"That is how my dear brother always acts, Bethany. Goodbye." Mycroft went to hang up.

"No. Wait." Beth begged. Mycroft groaned again. "He's been going out many times and not telling me where to. It's odd. He usually hates to leave me alone."

"Oh. Well that is odd," Mycroft started. "When did this start to happen?"

"When I got back from America." Beth frowned.

"Ah yes. Your one year holiday." Mycroft said.

"Yes. That one. What do you think Sherlock is up to?" Bethany asked.

"Well, I can check up on him on my many cameras." Mycroft suggested.

"Please do." Bethany felt bad spying on Sherlock. But she didn't like how he was acting.

"Oh. Well. He is just at the shop," Mycroft said. Beth could tell he was lying.

"Alright," Beth sounded sad. "Thank you."

"Bethany. I think the best thing to do is just tell Sherlock how you feel." Mycroft said 'feel' as if it were a curse word. Bethany sighed.

"Alright." She hung up and walked over to make some tea.

After a while, Sherlock came back.

"Bethany. Let's go on a trip." Sherlock was clearly nervous. Beth raised one eyebrow.

"Sherlock," Beth started. Sherlock cut her off by running into their room. He came back with some bags.

"I packed some of your stuff while you were out yesterday." Sherlock smiled. Beth chuckled and nodded.

"Alright. A trip. Where to?"

"Surprise." Sherlock said in a sing song voice. Bethany laughed.

"Okay. When?" Bethany was still laughing.

"Ten minutes." Sherlock grabbed Bethany by the arm and pulled her into an awaiting cab. They quickly drove to the airport and boarded the plane. Beth took a quick peak at the tickets Sherlock was holding. 'Paris'. Beth held in her excitement and pretended as if she didn't know where they were going for the rest of the plane ride.

Bethany and Sherlock arrived in Paris and got settled in within 10 hours. They got some sleep and ate. The hotel they checked in at was really fancy. Bethany wanted to know how much it cost, but Sherlock wouldn't say.

"Sherlock. What are we going to be doing today?" Beth asked Sherlock.

"Well, since its already," Sherlock checked his phone. "9:00, I guess we could go get some food." Beth smiled.

"Or we could just stay in and order room service. And watch a movie." Beth suggested. Sherlock nodded.

"I'll go order." Sherlock hopped onto the bed and grabbed the retro-golden phone. Beth ordered some pasta with butter and Sherlock did the same. While Sherlock was ordering, Beth searched for a movie.

"How about......... Zoolander?" Beth suggested. She had watched the film with her friend, Rebecca Maree, in America. {A/N: I had too.} Sherlock just shrugged. Beth and Sherlock waited for their food and turned on Zoolander.

About three hours later, Beth and Sherlock were full and dead asleep. The movie had ended. Sherlock woke up, and tried not to wake Beth. He called Mycroft and told him to send over the suit. Sherlock had a really big plan for the next day.
