Was It Love....

Chapter 3

A week was left for the project, and Siya being the leader had to get everything done within the time. There was a lot to do, which could only be possible if they would do it together. It is difficult to manage a group of seven unknowns, but Siya was doing her task well. Besides, there was Harsh.... What else could she have wanted.......

The presentation was on Monday and all had decided to meet up on Saturday to finalize the project. Siya and Harsh lived in the same locality, and hence thought to go together. Siya messaged Harsh on Friday evening to confirm if he had done his given work and that he would be meeting the next day.
Siya : Hey... I hope you've done the work and you're meeting tomorrow.
Harsh : Yeah have done it. I'll meet you tomorrow near your society gate.
Siya : Okay. Be there at 10:30.
Harsh : Ok. Bye.
Siya : Bye...

Next morning, Siya was waiting for him at the decided spot, but there was no trace of Harsh. She tried to call him, but there was no response. Ten minutes later, he called and told her that he would be there in five minutes. And finally Harsh did turn up, not after five minutes, but after a long wait of thirty minutes. " So I assume your five means thirty.... " Siya said taunting him. " Yeah I'm sorry.... Now let's go..... " Harsh replied giving her a small smile.

When they reached, everyone was already there. They finished the work by around 4:00. They were all set for Monday. All were quite excited, as this was the first time they were participating in such a programme. The event went on very well. All the students were happy for it's success.

Siya and Harsh did not speak much afterwards. Siya preferred not to initiate conversation with him. They would just smile to each other or just casually say hi.

Siya was slowly moving away from Harsh. She was getting closer to Karan. They had become really good friends in a short span of time. Every girl needs a male best friend with whom she could share her feelings.....and Karan was that friend for Siya.........
