Morning again. It surrounded me in it's artificial light.
The pills woke me up less early now that I was on prescribed one, but it was still pretty early.
There was a clock at the end of the hallway, but none in my room, so I had no idea what time it was.
Pill rounds came at six and twelve every day like clockwork. So far I had been taking a yellow pill and a clear one every morning, the same for noon, and blue ones at night.
I wonder what they were for? I should ask next session.
I got out of bed and knocked at the door to go to the bathroom and sneak a peak at the clock.
No answer. Weird, there was supposed to be guards here. I stood on my toes to see through the window. Peering both way I saw it was completely empty.
Still on my toes I reached for the handle. It was unlocked. Wow the security was really crappy here. I looked out still no one. I decided that I'd go and if anyone asked I was going to the barhroom and someone let me out.
Good, now rehearse the lines in your head.
'I-I was going to the bathroom. Someone let me out. I don't know who.' I played the scene out in my mind as if it was happening.
I reached the bathrooms. Empty again with the faucet slightly open. I walked over slowy to close it and treked lightly as I did my buisiness.
This was too scary movie like, I had to get out of here. I washed my hands and got out as quickly as possible.
I bumped into someone while I was looking at my feet.
Lucas? What are you doing out? I asked him
I could ask you the same thing. No ones out here. It's like a ghost town.
I nodded in agreement and we stood there for a moment before we heard foot steps heading down to us.
We made a quick slip just as the guard walked back with a bag of chips and a soda.
Must've been his break, but why wasn't someone covering for him? He sat back down on the floor where he opened up his snack and munched on his chips.
I felt my stomach growl. I hadn't realized how hungry I was when I got up. Ten minutes had passed since I saw the clock. I had about an hour until let out and breakfast. I couldn't wait that long.
I laid back down and looked up at the ceiling. There was scratch marks that lead to the wall with the desk. Probably some psyco they had locked up in here.
I got up and got dressed slowly since there was no rush and sat at the desk. I opened the drawer and saw a pack of crayons and paper. I pulled it out and felt like I was five again. After about ten minutes of pointless doodinling I decided to put it away. I yanked the desk drawer open and it clicked out of place.
Shit! I tried to fix the desk but stopped halfway when I saw a book stuffed in the back. I pulled it out. It read, "Survival." Wonder what that's back here?
I opened it up and read the pill schedules and times to use the bathroom.I turned the page, on the next one it had an introductory.
'Hello fellow crazy. My name is Jimmy and this is how to survive in this place.'
I read on learning how to avoid custodians and gaurds. It was kinda like the half blood prince in Harry Potter, but for People not potions.
It showed a way to tell the time in here by using the shadows in the yard. I looked out the window, almost six when pill rounds came by.
I hid the journal back inside the desk and straightened myself out.
Things were about to get interesting.

I'm sorry it's a short chapter, stress of learning region and other music is getting in me and making me procrastinate. Please forgive me.
Love you guys.
