Panting while bending their exhausted bodies after the sudden energy-draining sprint and drenched in sweat, Nathan and Rosie laughed at them, as if they were pleased by what they were seeing. Abby, agitated, stopped gasping for air and stared at their faces sternly. Her glare was penetrating, and it went through them effortlessly making Nathan squeal and Rosie hiding behind Nathan's back for protection. They stopped laughing and gave a terrified look in response to Abby's seriousness.

Abby had a shoulder-length impeccably fine black hair that outlined her narrow face. Her eyes held the matchless wisdom that none of the others could have possibly competed with. Adorning those wonderful, round and brown eyes were the V-shaped pale face and her flawless jawline. She was about the same height as Rosie, but was an inch taller. She rarely smiled but when she did, it took people's breath away but she never knew. Her mature look conveyed the impression that she, by all means, does not prefer to talk if unnecessary. The closest to a smile Izzy saw Abby did was an occasional smirk, other than that were frowns and angry faces and pouts of disappointment or irritation. She had a slim body, and had an incredibly straight posture, which was her signature stance. No one could have possibly denied the aura of confidence-shattering that Abby emitted in her presence. Mysterious and gorgeous were two of the adjectives that perfectly describes her.

"Give us a moment," Flynn let those words out under his breath and raised his right hand gesturing, if not, begging for a break. "I'm on overheat, I might get an asthma attack."

Rosie was suddenly alert and immediately asked. "Are you serious?!" her eyes widened with the anxiousness that accumulated after every second that passed without Flynn replying.

"No," Flynn squinted his eyes, still suffering, resting his palm on his chest. "I just wanted to see your reaction," He managed to let out a dorky chuckle. Rosie fake pouted and her eyebrows narrowed, folding her hands as an act of displeasure, not pleased with her vulnerability of defeat. She grunted and grinned afterwards.

The tension released as everyone started laughing. Izzy loved the feeling he had being in this situation. He felt utterly complete and absolutely wanted. He was engulfed by the warmth that friendship had offered. A weird pattern of random snorts and gasping stole Izzy's attention, still laughing uncontrollably. Flynn. It was Flynn's uniquely unattractive smile.

Flynn covered his mouth with his slender fingers that had an extra one, that was either deformed or hadn't finish forming before birth, that hung with a thin fibrous piece of skin from the part where the pale skin of the palm and the tanned skin of the back of his hand met. He had a laid back personality and had happy-go-lucky written all over his face. His voice was kind of slobbish, with too much weight in his tone which was somehwere in between high pitched and deep. He had an exceptionally long hair which he tucked over his left ear on one side and the other swung freely but was naturally curved, so it did not cover his right eye. Taller than Izzy, he had an unbalanced ratio of length of his upper  lower body. He had longer legs compared to his abdomen, but it was not that obvious. His eyes were smaller than Abby's but bigger than Nathan's. He was way under his ideal weight, but he was not skinny. Flynn radiates a feel-good type of sensation to the people around him naturally with his clumsiness and polite manners. Overall, he was a decent looking guy.

"As you all know, I'm hung-" Nathan announced but had been interrupted.

"We know." everyone else responded. Rosie turned around, almost bursting out into laughter but managed to hold it back in before exploding.

"Shut up, you're killing my feels," Nathan playfully warned. "Anyway, yes I am, and Flynn owes me a meal. But that wasn't what I was about to say." Every one was suddenly paying attention. "You see, strange occurrences had been occurring between me and Rosie yesterday alone. This might sound kind of scary, and I have always been a disappointment to my mom because she said I'm a coward and a wimp. But, you see, yesterday morning during registration with Rosie, I kind of heard Rosie's voice in my head saying she had something she was gonna do, and moments after, she actually did it. but that didn't happen once, it happened quite a couple of times, and I thought it was cool. And then I thought if I could die for hiding it, so I decided to share this to you guys. Like, seriously, this is creeping me out that even the grim reaper goes to his mom and asks for advice."
