The Big Dipper (A BillDip Story) - ADOPTED

A New Freind

It is now Monday. Over the weekend I didn't do much. All I did was walk around finding my classes, met Mabel's roommates and hung out with Brayden and Mabel. Mabel's roommates are really nice. Both of them are Fairy's. Gemma and Red are their names. Gemma has Green hair, red eyes, freckles, and her style is so cool that if Mabel never introduced me to her, then I would be intimidated and never talk to her. She's really nice though. Anyway, Red has, obviously, red hair, yellow eyes, and her style is really girly. She loves dresses and skirts.

Anyway, today is Monday. Which means today classes start and I get to meet new people...yay...(note the sarcasm)

I wake up at 6:25 a and look at my schedule again.

"Mr. Quiet, huh. I would assume a music teacher wouldn't be quiet." I said out loud.

"Dipper. Lower your voice, in trying to sleep." Brayden complained.

"Sorry." I whispered

I get up and get dressed. Black jeans, dark blue converse, a dark blue hoodie with the constellations on it, and lastly my pine tree hat. I still remember when Mabel and I went on adventures in Gravity Falls. I sigh. Good times. (In this story Dipper hasn't meet Bill and Bill isn't a demon nor does he have powers. He's just a normal person.)

I pack my bookbag. My bookbag has the same design as my hoodie. As you can tell I love the constellations. I have since I was born. I-It's because of the Big Dipper constellation birthmark on my forhead. I would get teased for it a lot, but I kept loving the constellations as a reminder that I am special and no one else is like me. When I was 8 I finally convinced my parents to paint my room dark blue and paint the constellations on every wall. I loved it so much and ever since then I kept my favorite color dark blue and tried to get the constellations on everything I had.

Its now 6:45. I decide to look at Brayden's schedule, just in case I need to wake him up. I do, his classes start also at 7:00 a.m. I decide to try and wake up Brayden.

"Brayden you can't stay asleep forever."I take his blanket.

"Yes I can!" He takes the blanket out of my hands.

"Alright, you asked for it. Just so you know, I tried to be nice." I push Brayden off his bed.

"Ahhhg! Dude!" Brayden yelled.

"Told ya. Anyways, classes start soon. You have to get up."

"Fine." Brayden got off the floor, put on a red shirt, black pants, and black converse, then started cooking.

"You want anything? I'm making pancakes and bacon" Brayden said.

"You can cook that fast?" I ask, amazed.

"Yup" he smiled "do you want some?"

"Definitely! I'm starving." I smiled and sat down.

Brayden had different classes than me so he had to go in a different direction than me.

I walk down the hallway and spot a girl. She seems to be around 9 to 11 with pink hair, dark blue eyes, a mole under her left eye, and she's wearing a black shoulderless flowy top, a pink skirt, and black flats. The girl seems to be looking for something. I hesitantly approach her.

"H-hello. Are you l-looking for something?" I ask politely

"Oh, yes I am. I'm looking for my pet. I'm Shimmer." She extends her hand. I shake it.

"I'm M-mason, but p-please, call me Dipper." I say. "What type of creature is your pet?"

"He's an Abada. I can't believe I lost him! I can't let him get taken by an Al!" Shimmer starts hyperventilating

"Don't worry. I will make sure an Al does not take your Baby Unicorn. Ok?" I say softly.

"Ok." She calms down

"W-what's his name?" I ask

"Dash." She relpies

"Ok. I will help you to find Dash." I say

"I don't want you to get in trouble because of me." She says

"D-don't worry. If its to help someone i-in need. I'll g-gladly miss class." I smile. She smiles back. "Where was the last place you saw him?"

"Around the part of the school where the boys' dorms are." She replies. Then her face gets red. "I w-was chasing him. I promise it was nothing else!" She says

I chuckle "Its ok, I believe you. Now. Let's go find Dash!" I put my fist in the air. She takes my fist and puts it by my side. I can't believe I did that...

"Don't do that. You look stupid" she bluntly says.

"Fair enough." I shrug. "Let's go." We walk off in the direction of the boys' dorms. On the way, Shimmer tells me that she is a Mermaid and her talent is dancing. (That doesn't make sense, but whatever) She also tells me that she is 15 but extremely short and childish for her age.

"Whats your talent?"

"W-well, I can sing. And I can s-speak to animals."

"You have two talents? That's amazing! No one else here has two talents." She says. "Hey! I have an idea. Maybe you can talk to dash and ask why he always runs away from me."

"Only if we find him. W-which we will." I say. "What does Dash look like?"

"He has black skin, blue eyes, and red hair on the tail and mane" she replies.

"Welp he should be e-easy to find."  Shimmer looks at me confused.

"Why?" She asks.

"'Cause an Abada that matches your description is r-running towards us." I say pointing down the hall. Shimmer's eyes widen and she picks up Dash when he gets to her.

"Thank you so much!" She says.

"N-no problem. D-do you still want me to ask him?" I ask

"Yes, please" she says.

"Dash, why do you keep running from Shimmer?"

"Neigh" he replies.

"Interesting" I say. "He says its just to get you exercise"

"Wow...thanks a lot Dash. Are you saying in overweight?" She asks

"Neigh Neigh" he replies.

"Y-yes." I translate. We both laugh.

"Thank you again, so much for helping me." Shimmer says.

"L-like I said before. I will always take time to help people."

"Can we be freinds?" She asks

"S-sure." Then we head to break.

An Abada is a baby unicorn and an Al is a being that steals baby unicorns and Livers from pregnant women.
