~ For the love that got lost in the workings of the universe ~
I see you everywhere,
And I feel you here and there.
In the peaceful sighs of the leaves,
Rustling knowingly in the shy breeze.
And in the lustful gaze,
Of that newfound passion craze.
And in those tender eyes of familiarity,
Whereupon I search for some clarity,
Holding ever strongly unto my soul
Against the valleys and villages of coal,
I seek those hands to hold me,
Steadfast against the mighty wind's flee.
I seek those lips to caress my own,
Powerful in nature to evoke a moan.
I seek that gentle chuckle,
Rich enough that life becomes supple
I seek you, my friend and my hope,
My dreams and my desires,
I seek you.
