you saw my scars and hugged me close, you saw me drown my sorrows in alcohol till I couldn't remember my name, you saw me smoke so much I started coughing after every breath, you saw the pills gone, you heard the sound of me forcing the food back out. You made me promise to stop with friendly threats and guilt trips but its hard to do that when the voices are so loud and they make it feel so right.
