I want to stop self harming I really do, I did for a while but then my emotions took control over my brain, and my brain took charge of my body and my blade appeared in my hand, and I don't want to cut because I went without for so long but I can't stop my hand from moving and once it's done, it's done and my wounds are back, the old ones barley healed.
