I didn't go to school the next day. I woke up throwing up and dad left for work. I didn't feel well and decided to stay home. Lucas texted me all day to try to keep me company which I liked. We talked about our date tomorrow and stuff like that. He had it all planed out for me to spend the whole day with him.

I fell asleep a few times but not for very long because I didn't get any sleep last night and I kept having nightmares. I didn't eat anything thinking I would throw it all up again. I checked my temperature and it was fine. I don't know what's wrong with me. I also cleaned my bed sheets and put new ones on. By the time my dad got home it was late and I trying to sleep again. There was a knock at my door to revile my dad. He came closer and sat at the edge of my bed.

"I set a doctors appointment up for you tomorrow at 1 don't be late and I will be out all day tomorrow and Sunday so don't expect me to come home tomorrow." He got up from the bed and closed my door when he left. I don't know if I should be happy that I don't have to see him all weekend or that he won't know that I going on a date tomorrow.

I woke up the next morning by a text by Lucas saying he would be there to pick me up at 12:30 and I looked at the clock and it was already 12. I quickly got up from the bed and took a quick shower and got dressed in a black pleated shirt with a black and white tank with black combats boots I put some important things into a bag and when I was done the door bell rang. I quickly walked down the stairs and opened the door and there was Lucas.

"You ready?" I nod and close the door behind me and lock it. We get into his car and that's when I remembered my doctors appointment.

"Ummm Lucas I just remembered that I have a doctors appointment at 1. Dad told me last night and I forgot to tell you. Do you think you could take me there before we do anything" I say

"Sure where is this doctor?" He asks understandingly. I told him where to go and we go on our way. "So your dad's at work?" I look at him confused." I didn't see his car in the drive way" 

"Uhhh yeah he won't be here for the whole weekend. He'll be back Sunday night."

"Oh ok. you know you can stay with me if you feel like your going to be alone all weekend."

"I'll think about it" we reach the doctors office with 5 minutes to spare and we go in and I sign in. I looked at the magazines while I waited for my name to be called. When my name was called I told Lucas he could stay here while I go in.

They check my weight, height and then sent me to a room and wait until the doctor to come. I haven't been to the doctors since I was 12. Then dad stopped taking me or stopped caring. The door opened and the doctor came in and sat in the stool next to me.

"Hi I'm Dr. Kings"she held oh her hand so I can shake it." So what's seems to be the problem Jessica"

"Please call me Jess or Jessy. So I've been throwing up for about a week now and I don't know why. So my dad set up this doctor appointment to see what's wrong."

"Well Jess You are going to have to pee in this cup and then we will have your results in a little while." I take the cup that's in her hands and go to the bathroom. When I was done I gave her the cup and she said to stay here and wait. I decided to text Lucas.

Me: I have to wait for the results from peeing in a cup. Eww :/

Lucas: but at least they will see what's wrong with you and also I called my mom to see if you can stay over and she said she would be delighted to have one of my friends over.

Me: ok so I guess I can come now since your mom wants to meet me.

Lucas: yeah she excited :)

Dr. Kings came back in with a piece of paper in her hands.
