Chapter 1

Tokyo is known for it's beauty in the daylight but when night comes everyone fears a creature that is heartless and deadly. These creatures are called Ghouls. These creatures live alongside humans at day and hunt humans at night. This creatures are gifted with extraordinary powers like super speed and super strenght. In turn they eat humans to survive. These creature lurk at night and lives with humans at day.

Normal P.O.V

Time: Night

A couple was walking down the street when an in-human sound was heard in a. alley.Then a human emerged from the alley and attacked the couple. Killing the couple in the process. The ghoul gave a frightening chuckle as it looks at it's victims bodies lying on the ground. Then the creature fled the scene finding another prey to devour.

TIME SKIP MORNING

A scawny college boy opened the tv of his apartment while chugging down his milk. Then he stumbled upon a Early Morning News Show which has energetic news anchors.

News Anchor: Haha-- Well everyone we have just received the news that a couple was found dead in an alley way near Tokyo Broadcasting Network. Our fellow news Anchor Akirano Shizuki and her fiance Mayuki Kayuzumi was found dead without their organs and red smudges which looks like their blood was scattered in different directions.*Show Picture on the screen* Their re---

The college student who's name is Kaneki Ken turned off the tv as he eyed his supossed to be breakfast with no energy and will because of the picture shown in the tv. He sighed and went straight to the bathroom to brush his teeth.

Kaneki's P.O.V

I met my friend Hide and we began chatting about news and stuff but when the topic about the murder entered our conversation I suddenly felt chills in my spine. Suddenly Hide asked something when we where walking,

"Do you have feeling for Touka?"

"Um why would you say that I like *Points Rize* Rize."

"Then I'll help you score a date with her then."

"No thanks."

"Oh come on I'll help you with the 'date'."

Unknown to them a girl with (H/L) (H/C) heard them chatting about Ken's so called 'Date'.

(Name)'s P.O.V

Hi I am (L/N) (F/N), (, I have (H/L) (H/C) and I have bright (E/C). I am a ghoul but I don't eat live humans. I eat mostly suicide victims to supply my need of meat. I have been spying on Kaneki-kun for a while since I saw Rize lingering near him. That's a sign for Ghouls that that's their next victim. Me of course fights my kind to save people.But then I heard the news about the new ghoul victims on the news that made me alert. Then I heard Hide-san talking about helping Kaneki-kun score a date with Rize made me more alert on protecting him. Well you see I have liked Kaneki-kun since middle school, before I even become a half ghoul myself. Wanna know how i become a half Ghoul? Heres what happened.

Flashback in (Name)'s P.O.V

I was skipping my steps as I went to my school, (S/N). I had Kaneki-kun as my classmate but he only notices (Random Girl's Name). We where supposed to be working on a project that would take up a whole month. Me? I am the smartest one in the class with that many of my classmates wants to get paired with me. I got paired with (Random Girl's Name) and I saw her smirk a little. Little did I know my life would turn upside down in just a day. (Random Girl's Name) approached me and told me to start the project in their house. I smelled something going on but shrugged it of for the sake of finishing it early. We spent hours on it and decided to stop for a while but we where halfway done on the first part. As I bid good bye and walked out of the house I heard a scream. Then I saw (Random Girl's Name) walking near me with a red thing on her lips and a different eye color. She then attacked me and almost killed me but I saw a flash of blue and a loud painful shriek and I blacked out. I woke up with a painful headache and the annoying sound of the heart beat monitor. I scanned the room and saw my parent looking worried.
