We stared at the Exile's. "This isn't a school surprise activity is it?" Yoshii asked taking a step back. I opened both my hands and blew on it letting out a icy mist. Than quickly grabbing Yoshii's and Shun's hand i ran into the forest.

"Quick thinking" Yoshii said. "If we do try to attack its me and Shun against them all." I called at Yoshii. "Can someone shoot the sun and bring the darkness?" Yoshii asked. I skid to a stop as Exile's stood in front of us before we knew it we were surrounded. The 3 of us stood with our backs to each other.

"Where are you going to hide now?" An Exile said laughing. I looked up at the white clouds passing by. Than i eyed a shield the Exile held. With one swing i let out a strong lighting strike at him. He deflected it with the shield and it went up.

He laughed as i kneeled. "You missed little guardian" He laughed. "I wasn't aiming for you" I said as it got darker. He and the other Exile's face got duller. I smiled as the sound of thunder and lighting echoed as it got darker.

"Thank you Akira" Yoshii said stretching. "Now let the fun begin" Yoshii said as his entire eyes turned black. Some Exile's stepped back. I grinned as i stood up.

Shadows began to rise and attack the Exile's. "Take out that kid and the shadows stop!" A voice called. But I stood on one side and Shun stood on the other. Rain began to pour down. I made the water raise and create a orbit around us so that no one would be able to get through. "That girl is the White Fang! She has multiple magic powers!" An Exile called.

"White fang huh? Catchy" I said flipping my wet Pearl White hair. "Akira" Shun's voice said. I looked up to see an Exile coming down at us. Before i could react Shun jumped up and punched him sending him flying away. As shun landed i covered the top us with water as well and electrocuted it along with the orbit.

"Hey" I called shaking Yoshii. He snapped out of his spell and his eyes came back to normal. "What?" He asked. "I can't have the two of you overuse your powers." I told them. "But then you would overuse yours" Yoshii said.

"Look. I have a higher magic rate than you guys. So keeping up this defence won't be a problem. But we need to think of a way to get out of here" I told them. Shun sat down on the wet ground as me and Yoshii looked around. "There's probably 50 here. And they are probably having more people flock in here as they know who you are" Yoshii said wiping his face.

I took a deep breath. "We are trapped aren't we" I asked. "What do you mean? We can fight back" Shun said. "Well sorry for being realistic. But think you two. The 3 of us are still learning. These are real Exile's. Who knows how high their ranks are. If we give them a chance..... they won't hesitate to kill us." I told them. Shun and Yoshii shifted their bodies.

"We have to call for help. Im worried about others. Im worried about our teachers." I told them. "Akira. I understand your concern. But what happened to your fighting spirit?" Yoshii asked.

I looked away. "What happened to your guardian spirit? What happened to not giving up until the very end?" Yoshii asked. "We all signed up here knowing the risk of our job. We all are here for this moment. After we graduate also there will be tons of missions like this. We won't know if we would go home tomorrow to our family. But that's the risk that comes with this job!" Yoshii snapped.

I stared at my feet. What has happened to me. "Akira. I understand that you are trying to protect all of us. You are scared thinking that something bad would happen to us. Its ok. I feel that" "Stay in here" i said cutting off Yoshii. "Huh?" He asked. "Stay here" i repeated sternly as i walked out of the bubble keeping them inside.

The Exiles starred as i walked out to the pouring rain. "Oh. So what were you guys talking about?" one of them asked. I looked up the tree at him. "You know. You are a real gem. Why don't you surrender yourself and we take you to our leader" He said smiling. I narrowed my eyes at him. I heard the other two pound on the water bubble from the inside.

I grinned as white smoke began to swirl around me. The pounding stopped. "You know how a human popsicle feels like?" I asked as more smoke emerged. Within a blink of an eye, I let out a strong ice blast turning everything in 20 meters around me to ice.

I let out a shy as i looked around. I heard ice shatter so i turned to see Yoshii and Shun walk out. "Ice?" they both asked. "Yeah. Unlocked it at ground 45" i replied putting my hands on my hips. "Probably more Exiles are coming towards this direction now" Yoshii said as lightning crackled after a boom of thunder.

"Should we split up?" Shun asked. I gave him a look. "Which is an open option. We both distract the Exiles when you go to help the teachers" Yoshii said running his hand through his soaking wet hair.

I rolled my eyes. "I think i would be a better distraction?" I said sitting on the wet ice ground. "Akira. I think that all of us knows that you are the strongest in our batch. You would have a better chance fighting the Exile leaders alongside the teachers" Shun said crossing his hands across his chest.

I bit on my thumb as i stared out into the forest. "Shun has a point Akira" Yoshii said. I placed both my hands on the wet ice ground and stared at my reflection.

"Either way it's a Fight or Die situation" I said clutching my fists.
