There it Stood, the fortified city of Trim, its walls were absolutely huge, metres thick and they around around the entire city, Huge guard towers with trebuchets and ballista on them, once our army took up positions upon the eastern hills, the people fled into the castle, screams could be heard and absolute havoc was raging, people fleeing to try seek shelter within the city's wall. The Emperor sat on horseback with General Losty and Lord Duke Nathrel, The army's of Kells were attacking the city to the north and west while Woolfswood completed the encirclement by assaulting the eastern and southern gates, we fired huge rocks, oil lanterns and fireballs into the city and at its walls, we dare not yet approach the walls, we would be slaughtered. Our army's were preparing ladders and battering rams and even huge siege towers were being constructed, but wood was scarce as the defendants cut down all trees near the city and even poisoned the wells, we found that out the hard way. There trebuchets flung huge rocks and boulders at us. I stood at a table with the numbers of our armies, over walked The Emperor and he looked at the numbers, "We've roughly 55,000 men all together, they have about the same, but there's is made up of trim, renegade Navan soldiers and captains, Mercenaries, defected Dún and Dulgan troops...I heard the cunts even bought the mages and fighters guild onto their side....luckily for us, The Holy Order of his Almighty have pledged 2,000 Heavy Cavalry to our side, Our army is fully formed and ready to attack, we just need to lighten the walls and it's defenders....", The sound of chaos was erupting outside the tent, In charged a knight and shouted, "Your Grace, a cavalry attack from the city" and he ran back out the tent, The emperor and I charged outside to see the eastern gate wide open and a huge swarm of cavalry charging right towards our encampment, I immediately ran over to my men and formed them into ranks, piles in front and archers behind, there must have been about 4,000 enemy's, only a small portion broke off and charged at my position, they galloped through the wet grass and straight to us

The main force aimed straight for the generals position where me Manned 8,000 men I concentrated on my position and braced for the impact, as they came closer I ordered the archers to fire at will, dozens upon dozens of arrows firing straight into them but it didn't seem to half their advance, they smashed right into my front lines killing the men, the heavy cavalry created a huge gap in the line, I jumped onto my horse and gathered two dozen men to surround the enemy's that pushed through the gap, we swarmed them and used pikes at a distance to easily kill the riders, the horses were going crazy with chaos so I ordered the archers to fire at the horses too killing them, we sealed back up the hole and formed up the pike lines once again, the archers began firing at the horses with riders on the too, so now dozens of Trim men charged at my lines on foot, they immediately smashed into the lines but we held strong and didn't break, i ordered a slow steady advance towards the trim men, we massacred them as they didn't stand a chance on foot, my defence line consisted of three lines, each containing roughly 150 pikemen, in order to surround the trim men attempting to breach my lines, I ordered the last flank to swing right and completely swamp the cunts from behind, we did and I charged first shoving my sword through the back of some poor fucker, they attempted to yield once they seen they were surrounded but the men hacked through them regardless in a savage bloodbath. By now General Lostys men would habe successfully held off the attack and they did, they remaining survivors running or galloping back towards the city gates. I cleaned off my sword and headed back to The Generals camp to receive new orders.
